A week before our wedding we had to change our wedding and he was one of the first people we called. Within minutes he had lists of places to call. “Chris rocked our worlds!!! DJs can make or break a wedding, so going into planning we were pretty nervous about this decision. Our Coordinator recommended Toast & Jam and boy are we glad she did. From our first meeting with Chris we knew we were in good hands. He was able to effortlessly blend our wildly eclectic music tastes and hyper-specific cultural songs without batting an eye. “I'm not kidding. Stop looking for DJs, photo booths, etc. and just book Team Wedding Day. If they're not available or already booked, well then move your wedding. Yes you're looking to book a DJ, but what you don't realize you need is mics for the ceremony, lighting, an emcee who won't make your wedding cheesy, and more. Niko was so amazing to work with leading up to the event and includes so many things in one big package that it's so nice to just check things off in one swoop. Team Wedding Day had us covered back to front. Niko is so nice and kind on the phone, so when he started mixing sick-nasty beats during the dance party, I was like "OMG who is this guy!" He fit our vibe perfectly, followed our play/don't play list, and emceed our wedding like a true pro. Niko listens, but pushes back when he thinks something would work better from his experience and it was so nice to work with him. During the cocktail hour and diner, he was always keeping tabs with us, making sure we stayed on schedule, asking if we needed anything, etc. and it gave us so much confidence that things were running smoothly. “Just to preface - I take wedding dance floors extremely seriously. I think it is make or break for the reception. My fiancé and I were trying to keep costs as low as we could and had our eyes on a few other DJ’s that were within our price range and had been good at other weddings until I stumbled on DJ One Chance. I knew from the second I saw his Instagram that I needed to have him at our wedding. His energy, charisma, and ability to read the room is incredible. He was a bit out of our original price range (which was very low to begin with, keep in mind) and I can absolutely tell you that he is worth every single penny. My parents were blown away that for a bit of a tight dance floor and 200 guests, the dance floor was PACKED from 8:30 - Midnight. “Don was the perfect DJ! Prior to the event, he scheduled multiple calls to meet us & understand exactly what we were looking for. He has an online portal where we could input our requested songs for key events (i.e. ceremony, cake cutting, etc.), & this portal also had a section for you to identify the songs you really love & songs you like.
