But oh boy, was I wrong. I’m not the type of bride who grew up pinning wedding ideas or dreaming about dresses. When I got engaged, I just knew I wanted to celebrate that year, especially since my parents have health challenges and I wanted them to be part of something truly special. But once you start planning a wedding, you realize how overwhelming it all is — the costs, the choices, the emotions. I’m a TV producer, so I know what it takes to plan a big event, but wedding planning is its own beast. It takes people like Haylie and Becca to make it all come to life. Becca, in particular, was like an extension of me. She was funny, caring, and endlessly patient. She offered thoughtful advice when I had no clue what I was doing, and she made sure everything ran smoothly even when I was emotionally overloaded. She’s also incredibly creative — she even hand-made beautiful pieces for me that made the day feel so personal. We got married this past June and our day went perfectly, so smooth, no hiccups and this is all because of Bre. Anytime I recommend Bre to a future bride, one thing I always say is that when you consider how much money is going into a wedding - you should also make an investment in making sure your day runs smoothly. Bre met with me a year prior to my wedding, helped create a spreadsheet to keep track of all vendors, gave amazing recommendations on vendors, did a walk through of the venue with me, created timelines, helped with o ur rehearsal & so much more. All of that was done BEFORE the wedding day was even here. Bre goes above and beyond to coordinate all your vendors and puts so much effort in making sure your vision comes to life. The day of my wedding I, nor anyone in the bridal party was bothered with vendor questions which really allowed everyone to just be able to relax. When arriving to our venue Bre had helped set up the decor and everything was stunning. Because I live close by her she even came and picked up my welcome sign prior to the wedding day along with the marriage certificate so I truly had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. Bre helped everyone stay on track with timing, helped everyone throughout the ceremony know where to stand, when to start walking, etc - which is so helpful when you’re trying to get a bunch of people in a bridal party to listen. Once the wedding was over Bre packed up all of our decor making sure everything was extremely organized and she even took home my flower bouquet since I was having it preserved and helped coordinate that to ensure the bouquet would be safe at the end of the night. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator - just do it. You truly will not regret hiring Bre, she was the best vendor/decisions I could have made for our wedding!”

“Lauren and Julia truly made the whole experience planning our wedding so stress free. Julia was our day of coordinator and honestly she made the day so special and I did not have any worries! “The Save the Date team went above and beyond to make our wedding the most amazing day. We communicated with Johnna leading up to the day and then Kat was with us for the rehearsal and day of. I can't say enough amazing things about them. When my flower girl got hurt at the rehearsal, Kat was there to keep us calm. The day of - we dropped off our 3 cars full of stuff and she took the few inspiration photos we had sent her and turned both venues into something beyond what we ever could have imagined. To be honest we actually miss her because she was solving not only wedding problems, but other issues as well Put it this way Traci will make sure that you have exactly what you want but she will go and take it 10 steps further! “Emma was incredibly helpful on and before our wedding day. I was deep into wedding planning and handled most of it myself when I realized I was simply going to need help with set ups during ceremony/cocktail hour/reception (A time where none of us could be in two places at once!) Emma created a custom package that fit our specific needs and it was perfect! Aside from that she was so kind, professional, and attentive even in a few meetings we had with the venue before the day. “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!”
