It was easy to book, rent, and send them back. The one downside was that they changed what the collection looked like between when I booked the flowers and when I received them, and there was no option to go back to the original. They changed the bridesmaids’ flowers to be more floral, when I chose the Jane collection due to the greenery. As flowers weren’t specifically important to me, this wasn’t that big of a deal, but it didn’t feel great to not be able to get what we originally wanted and paid for. After reaching out to them about this issue, we did get a 50% discount on the bridesmaid flowers.”

I reached out and it was an instant click -- Anika is caring, funny, wickedly talented, but most importantly, honest and transparent, which meant a lot to a budget bride like me. She listened to my half-baked vision (filled with more concepts and vibes, than concrete details) and brought real options to life. She was communicative and responsive, delivering on the lookbooks and meeting with my spouse and I more times than any other vendor. She was patient when I changed my mind or showed uncertainty, and outlined the real costs associated with those changes with an empathetic and problem-solving mindset. I'm not exaggerating when I say every single one of our guests told us that our wedding florals were their favorite decoration at the wedding. My coworkers showed me an album of over 50 pictures of my wedding flowers alone... that's saying something. I'm an emphatic advocate for Marigolds because their quality of care, service, and skill deserve it.
