I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! We found Evelyn and Love & Laughter through Instagram and we can’t tell you how much we enjoyed our entire planning experience! She helped us with the vendors we needed, met with us multiple times to talk over logistics, and handled the Day Of completely and the day ran without a hitch! I’m a super anxious person and an overthinker but Evelyn made sure to always calm my nerves and I would always leave our meetings feeling relieved and at peace. She is such a light of a person too; she’s warm and bubbly and funny all while being professional and that connection was something really I needed. This review took me a while to write, but we used Hannah Elizabeth Events for our wedding on May 25, 2025. I can truly say that my wedding could not have gone as smoothly as it did, without them. Hannah was incredibly kind, professional, and amazing over the phone during our preliminary calls. She managed to create a timeline for our day and organized everything with all of our vendors to keep everyone on track and the same page. She thought of things that I did not, and would not, even think of. She also ensured that I stayed on track with the items I needed to accomplish, which was very helpful. For our actual rehearsal and wedding day, we worked with Emily. Emily and her assistant were absolute angels who helped to make our wedding the perfect day. They truly went above and beyond on our day. An example is that we were supposed to pick up all of our ceremony chairs (approximately 70 chairs) before sunset. When I started to collect people to help with chairs during the reception, Emily stated that she had already collected them and put them where they needed to be. She did not have to do this at all, but it took a huge weight off our shoulders and allowed us to fully enjoy our reception. They also stayed after the wedding ended to help us clean up and get everything finalized for the venue. Overall, the staff from Hannah Elizabeth Events went above and beyond for our day, and I cannot say enough good things. Their price was affordable for all of the services that they provide, and the quality of their work. I don’t think I could have picked a better planning company. They are so knowledgeable and are willing to go above and beyond to make your wedding day perfect. If you are on the fence about getting a month of/ day of coordinator, I would absolutely recommend it. I don’t think my day would have been as successful as it was, and I would choose Hannah Elizabeth events again and again.

All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Her team also went above and beyond the day-of to ensure every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly. We cannot recommend Dana and her team highly enough to any couple looking for a wedding planning team that will truly make their day unforgettable. Could not imagine our day without her!

Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. There was a tribute table with a memorial candle stand for the deceased relatives. There was a special send-off for the couple that was environmentally friendly. Amaka and her team took over like we wanted and literally covered everything. The best part was how they helped us save tons of money on our wedding. Don't be hesitant in booking. The price you pay is well worth it Somehow they found a way to even get my husband involved in the planning process because Amaka made it a fun process. She also gave us a planning book to help keep track and our own personalized google sheet that literally had everything including our guest list and how everyone would be seated. Amaka was always available when needed and if she wasn't, she delegated someone else. My husband and I loved attending vendor visits with her and she would always offer to treat us to lunch/dinner whenever we had appts. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure the wedding was blissful. I recommended her to a friend who has a destination wedding next year and they are already in love. A planning company that knows what they're doing, very honest with you rather than telling you what you want to hear and extremely resourceful. We also got to save on decor because they provided rentals since we booked the full service planning and Amaka with giving us tips on how to save on decor. We wanted them to actually do the decor :-( but they couldn't at that time and was honest about it. However, I am excited about ariscreationz doing the decor for my friend's wedding.

Elizabeth at E&A Events was the PERFECT solution! I engaged her right away and used her Day of Coordination package which was honestly SO affordable and SO MUCH help to me and to the bride. She worked with us in preparing for the wedding, solved all of our concerns and unknowns as she is so familiar with weddings and how things “should go” and what pitfalls to be aware of.  She was very flexible and all about working with my daughter’s vision for the wedding day, including helping with updates to timelines etc. On the day of, even though the venue provided a “coordinator”, it was so necessary to have someone there who was all about me as the mother of the bride and all about the bride and her day.  Elizabeth was all over the venue throughout the ceremony and reception, making sure things were being handled and staying on track with our wishes;  if there was any issue, she was on it and this allowed me to relax and enjoy the day! Hands down - the best part of the entire support that Elizabeth provided was offered AFTER the event ended;  she stayed long after and made sure that all the centerpieces were broken down and all of the decor was stashed away in one place so we could easily go pick it up the following day.  And this was packing up centerpieces with 28 floating candles on two separate floors — I was having nightmares of having to empty all those vases, but Elizabeth made it so easy! She is friendly, organized and persistent — there is no reason whatsoever to not invest in her support for your wedding or any event — but especially a wedding … this one day can be so expensive - she ensures that nothing goes wrong and you can just enjoy your special day.  HIGHLY recommend her!

Amanda was one of the best parts about our wedding day. As a type-a bride I thought I would be okay without a day-of coordinator and boy was I wrong. We hired Amanda about a month before the wedding and she took control right away and even adapted her normal process to pick up where I left off and made it even easier for me. Everyone was telling me how amazing she did and we already have her booked for my cousin's wedding at the end of this year! We could not have been as stress free, had as much fun, and fully be present without Locke Events!
