“Tyler was a phenomenal DJ! I know we may seem biased but all our guests agreed he was the best DJ they have ever experienced at a wedding. Tyler was easier to work with, professional, always prepared, and created the perfect vibe for our wedding. He was able to create a custom playlist based on the types of songs we liked so every song was a hit! He even mixed the songs together so there was no dead time but did it in a tasteful way so it didn’t feel like a remix every song (though he can do that too if you’re into it!). Our dance floor was packed all night. I cannot recommend Tyler and Hetland productions enough!”

Molly was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made everything feel seamless and organized. We also used their “iPad DJ” option so we could customize our cocktail hour and dinner playlists, along with a few songs during the band’s breaks. It was the perfect balance of adding our own personal touches while still trusting them to play what they know keeps the energy up. The band itself was amazing. They were so talented, brought great energy, and kept the dance floor packed all night. They really paid attention to the vibe we wanted and delivered exactly that. The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. “We had not one, but TWO other DJs cancel on us. We were getting deflated, frustrated, and losing money on DJs that would take our deposits and run. We even tried a "popular" service to find, it was a horrible match. The other, took outlr deposit and never spoke to us again. So for the 3rd try, (sadly shoulda went with them first) we called back these guys. We did check them out at first, but we're convinced cheaper was better. Nope. We learnt a lesson, a hard lesson. DJ Sound and Luke took us in battered, beaten, feeling defeated, and turned it all around. The planning with then made us feel at ease, and comfortable, and safe. They got our ides onto the forms, and the DJ was outstanding. It's like he knew our families and had the perfect songs picked and played. I'm not sure how they do it....but every time I reied to get off the dance floor, I had to turn around and gat back on because another awesome song was starting to play. Because I was on the dance floor all night with my friends, I missed some family connections, but I don't care, I'll see them at the holidays......it was MY night! DJ Sound taught me a few things. Patients, that great isn't cheap, and cheap isn't great, and that actually, they they were able to show my and my fiance love when we were beat down, hopeless, and discouraged. No jusgement from them, not even any talk about the other guys, they just hit the ground running. This company and all their employees are a blessing and we couldn't be more thank full. Highly recommend, but most of all, thank you for everything, it was an epic day.....just like you guaranteed!”

From preplanning meetings to the wedding day, Mitch was extremely on top of everything to ensure our wedding day ran smoothly. He also communicated with our other vendors on the day of the wedding to ensure everyone was on the same page! When we had our live acoustic guitarist back out somewhat suddenly, we reached out to Mitch for references. To our surprise, he offered us an even better idea to have him play sax and a friend play guitar at the ceremony. All of our guests absolutely loved it and it brought a really special feel to the ceremony. On top of that, the energy he brings to MCing got our guests super excited and involved!
