Where do we even begin- We hired the Opal Affair for wedding Day of Coordination and it was by far the best choice (and money) for our wedding day- Kirsten and Katy made it the absolute best day of our lives!! In the year of planning whenever I had a timeline questions, Kirsten was so quick and helpful in responding and then in the month and week prior to wedding day, she stepped in and took over vendor comms and made sure all the little details that made the day unique and personalized were covered. We had Katy onsite with us and from rehearsal to day of, she helped keep things running smoothly, made sure the bar didn’t run dry and stepped in when health emergencies demanded action and took charge. We so appreciate the Opal Affair going above and beyond for us and our guests- They gave my husband & I such peace of mind that all the details were covered and we couldn’t have done it without you! Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. Connie and Justine were honestly our saving grace!! No task/request was too big or too small for them to help with! They listening, they understood, they perfected everything to make the day perfect!! Connie was the main source of communication — she answered texts and emails very quickly, and was very thorough going through the timeline to make sure everything was PERFECT! We had a lot of vendors coming in and a lot of moving parts that needed to come together for the day to be a success! Connie was able to communicate with them all, reached out to one I hadn’t heard from in a while, and even went above and beyond to call and confirm a few orders even the day before to make sure everything was set! I was able to let go of control, and trust that connie would bring it all to life! The day was perfect!!!! And i cannot thank Beautiful Crazy Coordinator enough for everything!!!!!

In our family, however, we run high in terms of anxiousness, and when our bride and groom were states away leading up to the wedding day, we needed a different approach. Choosing RSVP Events was exactly what we needed! Adrien Harding of RSVP Events fulfilled all our asks and then thought of things we could not think of ourselves. She curated a list of fantastic vendors to meet our wishes and constraints (aka, our budget). She brought a wealth of nuanced advice for the “tricky-ness” which, we all know, is associated with wedding events. We were so well cared for throughout our wedding planning journey, we could be fully present with each other, especially on the wedding day. You may think a wedding planner is a superfluous cost, but we think it allowed us to not only pull off a big event, but delight in it as well. I originally booked Cora for my day of coordination but then quickly got overwhelmed as I got closer to the wedding and upgraded to partial planning to help with communication with all vendors and let me tell you, this was the best decision. Our 200 person wedding flowed effortlessly and if anything did go wrong (I'm not sure anything did) I definitely didn't know about it and Cora took care of it. She was there when I needed her most and she truly made my wedding amazing. She listened to all my concerns and wants/needs in the 500 emails I sent her and she just exceeded every expectation.

Rachelle was the MVP of our whole planning process but especially our wedding day! We used the There For You Package and it was worth every penny. Most of our vendors were recommended by Rachelle, and were all so great to work with. Our wedding planning process was made more organized with a planner she supplied to us. In the weeks prior to our wedding, we met with Rachelle who helped walk us through the timeline for our day, and let us know what elements would work best in what order. She helped to incorporate everything we wanted into one seamless schedule. She organized this timeline with vendors and coordinated arrivals so we didn’t have to, and it was such a relief to not have to worry about managing arrivals and leave it to the professional instead! Where she really shined was on the wedding day itself. She came prepared to help set up decorations so we didn’t have to. She got the marriage license mailed so we didn’t need to worry about it. She ensured gifts and cards were stored away into a vehicle and managed the clean up of the venue so we could go home and rest. She wanted our day to be for us to relax, enjoy, and savor the moment. She delivered on that goal because going into the day, the only thing on our mind was the excitement we felt! Through these months of planning, Rachelle always brought an enthusiastic and caring attitude to her work. She was our calming presence when it all felt overwhelming. We loved having Rachelle on our side and couldn’t imagine our wedding day without her! We can not recommend Rachelle enough!

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!
