Poppy Pod is a full service floral design studio based in Santa Barbara and owned by Julia Bystriakova who has over four years experience designing flowers and loves nothing more than creating stunning designs which are tailored for each individual event. We can’t say enough amazing things about Julia with The Poppy Pod! She was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding in Paso Robles . From the start, she totally got what we were going for and made it even better than we imagined. The flowers were gorgeous—romantic, natural, and a perfect match for the vineyard setting. The bouquet and the centerpieces were all thoughtfully designed with the prettiest blooms and little details that made everything feel so personal. Julia planned, created, and set everything up by herself, and the results were just incredible. On the wedding day, she showed up early and turned the space into a perfect vineyard wedding setting. Our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the flowers were, and we can’t stop looking at the pictures! Thank you Julia for the unforgettable wedding florals!!

Breanna Jane Botanicals

5.0

  • Starts at $8,000
  • Serves New Cuyama, CA

Design work is unique, texturally driven, and rooted in nature. Harmonious and balanced, each creation tells a thoughtful interpretation of clients individual stories. Often organic in shape, designs are reminiscent of a field of flowers still in growth expressing the eccentricity through height, texture and shape. With deep appreciation and connection to the earth, a piece of Reiki infused rose quartz is tied into every bridal bouquet to instill the divine loving energy on your special day. A portion of all proceeds goes to local CA dog rescues.

I found Breanna Jane Botanicals while searching for talented Santa Barbara florists. Florals are one of my MOST favorite aspects of any event - wedding, party, holiday, etc. so I knew whoever we chose needed to be special! I cannot recommend Breanna more! Her thoroughness, attention to detail and TALENT are unmatched. She created the whimsical, enchanting and ethereal secret Gucci garden wedding of our DREAMS! Thank you for everything Breanna!

Overall I was very happy with the flowers and how easy it was to order them and return them. We had A destination wedding in June in Florida so real flowers would have just wilted so these were a perfect choice. My only critic is that the corsage and boutonnières were pretty used. They weren’t the prettiest but the 2 bouquets I ordered looked pretty good. I do recommend them especially for a destination wedding and low cost.

Fresh Flower Society did an amazing job with our wedding florals. Jane was very communicative throughout the whole planning process and made edits and adjustments when needed to fit our needs. The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!

I cannot reccomend Kat enough. A coworker relationship turned into friendship that FLOURISHED into her making my floral dreams for my wedding come to absolute life. She is so talented, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I showed her pictures and she ran with it. Her dedication to her clients doesn’t go unnoticed at all. When my vendor who made our faux flowers showed up late and the guys bouts looked like absolute trash, she took the time (because she had leftovers from what she made) to go make 3 other bouts so that our dream came true. Her dedication to sustainability is top notch! I am so happy I chose her to be our florist! Her partner Marissa- though we didn’t use her for our wedding, I have inquired with her for cupcakes before. She has the best ideas for cupcakes and is so so friendly! As a team their day of coordination is top notch. They are the REAL DEAL! Make sure to hire them for you big day. You won’t regret it!

Dream flowers? Achieved! I walked into my bridal suite the day of the wedding to find all the bouquets on display in vases of water and gasped. They were even better than I had pictured! The colors were exactly what I wanted and had the perfect mix of greenery to flowers. Tessa even left a congratulations card for us. The price was very reasonable! I never saw my flowers until the day of the wedding and I would 100% recommend this floral service! We coordinated completely via email. I sent her our color scheme and my preferences and she replied with a moodboard that fit my ideas. I was able to comment on the moodboard and let her know what I liked the most. I only needed my bouquet, boutonnieres, and bridesmaids bouquets and she was able to create a tailored estimate for my needs.

Elizabeth Grace Floral

5.0

  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves New Cuyama, CA

Elizabeth Grace Floral is a Los Angeles–based floral design and event décor studio specializing in distinctive floral environments for weddings, corporate events, brand experiences, hospitality and celebrations. We create work that feels intentional, elevated, and immersive, designed to enhance the atmosphere of a space. Our signature SoCal Southern sensibility blends modern design with a warm, hospitality-driven approach. Every project is executed with care, precision, and respect for the production process, resulting in floral experiences that feel both visually compelling and seamlessly integrated.

Elizabeth Grace Florals was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding. We chose to use florals only for our personals and did not have any venue floral installations, and she helped ensure those pieces alone made a beautiful and meaningful statement. She was incredibly accommodating of my budget and always willing to adjust details to make everything work without compromising the vision. She created thoughtful inspiration slides and color palettes early on, which really helped me visualize how everything would come together. One of the most important details to me was having no greenery in the bouquets. I had a very specific vision for my bridal bouquet—an all-white arrangement featuring calla lilies and lilies of the valley. Since lilies of the valley only bloom in May, I honestly thought it would be impossible for our wedding date and tried not to get my hopes up. Elizabeth somehow made it happen, and I was completely blown away when I saw the bouquet. It was even more stunning than I imagined. In addition to the bridal party flowers, she also created beautiful bouquets for our mothers and a classic white bouquet for Mary’s altar at the church, which was such a special touch for the ceremony. The groom wore a simple, elegant white calla lily boutonnière, while the groomsmen had beautiful red boutonnières that perfectly complemented the bridesmaids’ burgundy bouquets. Every detail felt cohesive and intentional. Elizabeth was organized, communicative, and truly easy to work with throughout the entire process. She even delivered the flowers to where the groomsmen were getting ready and had everything prepared at the church in advance for the bride and bridesmaids’ arrival, which made the day feel seamless and stress-free. She came highly recommended by our venue, and now I completely understand why. I am so grateful we had the opportunity to work with her. Thank you, Elizabeth Grace, for bringing our vision to life so beautifully!

The constant review and phone calls, the midnight meeting at your house and the 7 hour meeting at your office - I enjoyed every minute. The wedding was unbelievable. There wasn't one area that was my favorite bc they were all my favorites. Dance floor, video screen, tables, bar, Chuppah, badeken, aisle- it was all just gorgeous! You have a fabulous team and all the hard work everyone put in was well worth it. I know there were stressful phone calls and moments but maybe it just ensured that we were all on our game. Every single moment was spectacular.
