“If someone asked me nicely to go dance my heart out in 90 degree heat, I would probably refuse. If someone tried to bribe me to get out on the floor in near tropical levels of humidity and sweltering, oppressive temperatures, it would take a hefty sum. And yet, twice now I have seen Jeremy get not just me, but over one hundred people to move our feet to the expertly curated beats and harmonies, ignoring the heat in what were inarguably the best dance parties I have had the joy of participating in. My wife discovered Jeremy after I struck out in my search to find adequate music for our wedding. After wading through a sea of ridiculous quotes, flaky DJ's, and logistical nightmares involving the transportation of bands, I gave up entirely. So when my wife explained that she had found a DJ with extremely reasonable rates and fantastic reviews, I was in disbelief. But then, she played for me a sample mix that Jeremy had put together for a HIIT class and it was pure musical magnificence. We hired him soon after. Jeremy was prompt and polite in communications, knowledgeable, unforgettably friendly, and above all else the master of the party's vibe. He managed to blend Beyonce with MGMT, he got my grandmother dancing to N'Sync, I can't overstate how much fun we had. When we remember our wedding with friends and families, the music is everyone's highlight. I cannot recommend Jeremy highly enough. - Nic My partner and I were looking for a DJ for our wedding. This was a new experience for me, but Jeremy made it incredibly easy. He was organized, incredibly friendly, and even provided a survey to better understand our music tastes as well as our vision for the event. At the wedding reception, he did such a fantastic job bringing the energy, masterfully transitioning between songs, and matching our music tastes. In an incredibly sweaty barn, he got the whole group jumping and singing and bopping around (the photos from that party are.. too wild to share). “Booking Carinvalè for our wedding was the absolute BEST decision we could have ever made!! Our venue had recommended BVTLive if we were interested in booking a band, so we watched one of their live showcases streamed live on YouTube. My husband and I enjoyed all of the bands that played, but one really stuck out to us, Carnivalè! We booked Carnivalè without even seeing them in person, that’s how good they are! When we did attend a showcase in person a few weeks later, they exceeded our expectations and we started counting down the days until they would play at our wedding! Working with Nils to lay out all of our options was amazing! He is the sweet person you’ll ever meet and so on top of things! Leading up to the wedding we worked closely with our band leader, El, to choose songs and create a timeline for our wedding. El and Carnivalè have played at tons of events and weddings and were super organized and easy going! Fast forward to our wedding night, El and the band were absolutely INCREDIBLE!! They catered to all ages at our wedding and made it a night to remember! I really can’t put into words how much fun everyone had and how amazing the band sounded the entire night! From start to finish, his communication was excellent—clear, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. Our venue had the ceremony site, cocktail hour, and reception all in three separate areas, and DJ Neal was more than accommodating with his setup. Everything transitioned seamlessly and without any stress for us. He truly went above and beyond with the lighting setup as well. It completely transformed the space and looked incredible—it added so much to the overall atmosphere of the reception and the pricing was very inexpensive. Compared to other DJs we considered, his package options were incredibly well-priced for the level of service and quality he delivered.
