I’m Julia - people always ask me how long I’ve been a photographer for and the cliché (but true) answer is for forever. I’ve walked through many alleys that led me to photographing weddings. I worked for the Field Museum photographing meteorites during my college years in Chicago, then worked as a freelancer in the automotive industry when I moved back to Michigan, and worked in a studio photographing everything from seniors to pets. It wasn’t until 5 years ago I decided I loved photographing weddings and couples. I feel like they’re all connected somehow. I'm lucky I found my niche and even luckier that I got to run with it.
