We had the pleasure of working with Robyn and Katie as our day-of coordinators, and they were fantastic! They were organized, attentive, and professional, all while being friendly, calm, and easy to work with - the perfect combination for one of the most stressful days of your life! Even before the wedding, Robyn & Katie helped out immensely with a solid kick off call to get the ground running, hair dresser recommendations, and handling any last minute items that popped up week-of with the vendors. Our venue was historic and required specific insurance requirements that R&R Collective was proactive in making sure they met. On our wedding day, they handled set-up and take-down flawlessly, and kept our vendors and timeline on track while still allowing us the space and flexibility to adjust for any last-minute desires. I contacted Terri, at TMF, to discuss my daughter’s upcoming bridal shower and she was amazing!  I had a few ideas of what I was looking for and she understood what I was imagining and really refined what I was thinking and converted my few thoughts into a cohesive theme and a beautiful event for my daughter! The bridal shower was beautiful!  The decor, theme, drinks, food, tables and chairs, decorations, umbrellas… and so many details… all came together so beautifully. It was quite impressive to see the event space transformed into my daughter’s dream shower! Because Terri is so creative, organized, resourceful and is a great communicator, I was able to host my daughter’s bridal shower and actually participate and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime moment stress free.  I highly recommend contacting Terri/TMF to anybody who wants a true professional to create an amazing event guests will really love and you can be proud to host.

Hiring Teardrop for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! Carlina was incredibly helpful in the month leading up to our big day—she was so efficient, organized, and made sure every little detail was handled, putting us completely at ease. On the wedding day, her assistant Mya was absolutely perfect. She kept everything running smoothly and even stepped in as our MC for the night, which was such a huge help. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better team to support us. I will definitely be referring Teardrop to anyone planning a wedding!

I used both the wedding coordination and floral services from Breezy Day and both services went above and beyond, making our wedding day perfect. Courtney was our wedding coordinator and she made the process so much easier. I was so stressed about the wedding planning process until I met Courtney, I wonder if we would have even had a wedding if I didn’t meet her to be honest! From the initial phone call, she explained the wedding planning process and reassured me that we could have a great wedding within our limited budget. She had a list of vendors she recommended which I picked all of my vendors from and it made the process of selecting vendors so much easier. Courtney was always able to help answer my questions throughout the whole year of planning and always responded in a timely manner. Then, on the day of the wedding, Courtney made the entire day so smooth and it went just as planned. I cannot recommend Courtney and the wedding day of coordinator services more. I don’t know what I would have done without her! The florals from Breezy Day Weddings were also incredible. They were more beautiful in person then I even expected. I chose the a la carte options from the Shoppe and the florals were so beautiful. Heather was great and very responsive when I asked questions about the process. The florals were seamlessly delivered to the venue on the day of the wedding and Courtney set the centerpieces on the table for me and placed the florals on the cake and it was so stunning. The service from both the day of coordination services and the florals were 10 out of 10! I cannot recommend them enough. They were affordable, professional, efficient, friendly, reassuring, and just amazing all around. If you’re getting married, you need to hire them for your wedding! The best decision my wife and I made in the entire planning process for our wedding was hiring Carolyn and Fete Events. I can’t speak highly enough of Carolyn — she was professional, impeccably prepared, ingenuously creative, and a genuine pleasure to work with across the board. She made our wedding a beautiful, seamless experience and her help was truly invaluable. Carolyn was involved in discussions a couple months out from the event, providing guidance and a detailed timeline. Any speed bumps we hit with our venue or other vendors, Carolyn was ready to jump in and assist. She had answers to all our of questions and solutions to problems we hadn’t even considered yet. And that was all before the wedding weekend. On the day of, we didn’t have to think about anything but enjoying our day together. Carolyn had it all taken care of and her cool and calm demeanor kept us feeling comfortable. She provided her creative eye and aesthetic talents to elevate both the ceremony and the reception — it looked stunning! There’s many more things I could say but the gist is simple: Carolyn is a freakin’ ROCK STAR. Hiring Carolyn to coordinate your big day is the biggest favor you can do yourselves. Full stop.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Meagan! She was a complete dream to work with. From start to finish, she was the most thorough, detailed, and incredible wedding planner I could have ever asked for. I hired Zoe for day of coordination but she was instrumental to an amazing wedding day. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend!! On a day when you give your vendors complete trust, she made me feel super assured that everything would go smoothly and she would create a beautiful setting. She was such a calming presence on the day. I had help from my family in the wedding planning process but for day of coordination she helped in creating the timeline, ensuring it went smoothly, decor set up and breakdown, and much more. She’s involved heavily about a month before the wedding but she was very proactive in her duties even before then. On the wedding day when we strayed away from the timeline she was there coordinate with vendors and guests to make the transition so seamless our guests didn’t even notice. She had set up all of the decor and even went above and beyond to create a romantic setting. Her creative touch truly added a little magic. As a perfectionist sometimes she exceeded my expectations! She made everyone feel welcomed and relaxed on the day. She even picked up our florals the morning of to alleviate some of my stress, I’m so glad I went with Zoe and know anyone who works with her will leave with an amazing experience.

Even got a little surprise for my daughter!  The day of the event I did not worry about anything. Christina ensured everything was set up, ready and running smoothly. I was most worried about not being able to enjoy my wedding because of the logistics. But thankfully all was well managed and we had the best day! We were relaxed and able to fully be in our wedding! I cannot thank them enough. For anyone getting married, they are a must!

Oh Amanda and her team! There’s no right words to describe how AMAZING, professional, Kind and helpful Amanda and her team at spark and sage. They concurred our wedding day with such ease! She hustled so much for much and not did it show! Everything went so beautifully and smoothly. Not only do my husband and I thank her for all the hard work she’s done for us, but so do my family and friends. They all raved how amazing she was. She is such a beautiful soul. Amanda, from the bottom of our hearts, you deserve the world. You have the most incredible thing going on for you! Almost makes me want to have another wedding you can plan! Maybe the flowers they chose or the music they picked or even some of the guests who were invited, but one thing that no bride will ever regret is hiring Corinne as their wedding coordinator. Not only did she coordinate my wedding which went off without a hitch, but I’ve assisted her in another wedding where I was able to witness firsthand just how much she does and how many small details she doesn’t let slip through the cracks. She strives to make the bride and groom as comfortable as possible, and to have to worry about as little as possible. I have been officially working as a professional wedding planner since 2017. My love of all things weddings and events began at an early age. I worked at a country club in the summers before my freshman and sophomore year of college, I worked on the food and beverage staff which included being a banquet server, and can you guess which was my favorite shift to work, you guessed it, the weddings. Once I got to the point in my life where my friends were starting to get engaged and I was a bridesmaid in their weddings, I found myself taking on extra duties and wanting to be more involved that it hit me, I need to pursue being an event planner.

I can't say enough great things about Miranda and her team! From our first conversation, we immediately connected with her and she already felt like a friend. She quickly understood our vision for our wedding and what was important to us. She encouraged us to make it very personal and unique--she never shot down any weird ideas we might've had but also brought an experienced perspective, while also keeping us on track with all of the little details and scheduling. She was so well-organized and professional while also keeping things stress-free, light, and fun. There were no questions too big, too small, or too personal with all the drama that can come with such a big event. Miranda was easy to reach via text/email, and took the initiative to reach out and schedule check-ins when needed to make sure we stayed on track with the huge to-do list that comes with a wedding. Her vendor recommendations & other suggestions were awesome, but she also respected a couple of the areas where we found our own vendors with no questions asked. She truly helped us get every detail settled, down to the napkins and our catering order details. She took all the stress off once we got to the month of and leading up to the wedding day, confirming with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about it whatsoever. Our wedding day went seamlessly thanks to her--it sounds cliche but it was the most fun and beautiful day ever and we were able to really enjoy it thanks to Miranda. We couldn't have asked for a better planner and I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the SD area! She also helped us with signage for the day-of and did a beautiful job at a super reasonable price.

I really enjoyed working with them. They were prompt in their responses and so easy to work with. The flower wall was absolutely beautiful, and you can tell they take pride in their presentation. They were very accommodating when we needed to shift from an outdoor event to an indoor one because of the rain. The entire process from start to finish was smooth. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and their stunning product. I hope to work with them again on another event!

Detailed, organized, friendly, and just an overall wonderful human being. We hired Karen for 2-month coordination and right off the bat, she was such a thoughtful planner and her willingness to guide us through anything and everything was amazing. I love a good spreadsheet and Karen has the best!!! Every meeting with her was so productive and we left each one with clear next steps/homework. The day of the wedding, everything went SO smoothly. Karen and her team took care of setting up all of our decor and they did so beautifully! When I arrived to the venue and saw everything, I was taken aback by how stunning everything looked — we had a mix of florals, candles, and fruit for our decor so getting everything set up was no small feat. Karen’s creative eye flawlessly brought my vision to life and I am so so grateful! Outside of decor, Karen’s organization, vendor communication, and speedy cleanup at the end of night was top-notch. We were able to truly enjoy the night, knowing Karen was there. She even took fun videos of the reception on my phone, which were great to watch the morning after to help relive the night :’) Literally each one of my vendors raved about how much they loved working with Karen — if that’s not enough to convince you to hire her for your next event, idk what is! SUCH a pro. Would 100% recommend Karen to any couple!

Chris was also incredibly friendly, answered all of our wedding questions, and was fantastic supporting us both for our rehearsal and day of with Dan. I attended one of Myranda Wright’s weddings and it was by far one of the most well put together and beautifully coordinated weddings I have ever been to. Her eye for design, attention to detail, and sense of timing were truly incredible. Every element from the flowers to the venue was absolutely stunning. I was one of the bridesmaids and I have been to many weddings, but this one exceeded anything I could have imagined.
