Bakers Ranch - Florida's Premier Top Rated All Inclusive Wedding Venue was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was timely, on point, and painless throughout the entire process. The quality of their work and overall value was truly beautiful - they put the biggest smile on my wife's face and were incredibly patient with our very loud, very personable group. They kept us on schedule, made sure there was always a drink in my hand, and were just wonderful to work with overall. We actually had more problems with our own wedding party than with Bakers Ranch, which is a testament to their professionalism. I highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to have a stress-free and unforgettable wedding day.

My Husband ( crazy to say!) and I got married at the Wishing Well Last night and it was truly the most magical night of my life. I genuinely couldn’t have imagined a better night, and all I kept thinking was I hope this night never ends and if I could do it again and again I would. We were one of the many couples affected by the cross creek ranch sudden shut down. With literally only 5 days to plan a wedding that we had spent the last year planning at CCR we were gifted with an angel, Michelle. As for the open barn it was perfect - I loved having it open on the sides because it allowed me to feel more connected to nature, with nature being the main reason i gravitated to CCR in the first place. I’m on my honeymoon now and plan to unplug but I wanted to put a blast out to anyone else who was affected that this place is BETTER! It felt like we were at home, were so well taken care of, and all of our intricate and unique requests that we had spent months planning were delivered on with perfection. Also wanted to give a shoutout to Alta our florist and Holly our old coordinator from CCR who continued to show up for us through the chaos. My takeaway now that it’s all said and done is that sometimes bad things happen to lead us to something better. Thank you Michelle and the fam at Wishing Well, thank you!

Venue considerations

  • No dedicated areas for getting ready
I had a great experience at the wedding retreat. The decoration followed exactly what I wanted, the food was delicious, the day of coordinator was extremely helpful and calming to all the wedding stress and the photographer was beyond kind, supportive and talented. The DJ followed exactly what we wanted, stayed specific to the times i wanted to walk in to my entrance song and played each song accurately with each detail we requested for. He introduced and flowed songs naturally and the sound quality was consistent and even. Communication was effective among all the teams on the venue and there were enough staff for each need. They plated our own dishes as requested, followed my food allergies mindfully and even packed us extra food to eat after the wedding. Bathrooms were clean, and provided ample space for a large group while private for the bridal and groom parties in the cottages. The all inclusive package removed so much stress and anxiety that I was dealing with prior to finding this venue. The only thing I would recommend is revising the colors of bouquets the day prior, my bridesmaids accidentally ended up with the same color as my bouquet but I wanted them to have a different shade. In the scheme of things, this is a small inconvenience in comparison to real wedding challenges. Everything went seamless and it was the perfect venue for us. They even went as far as adding some of my excess bouquet's fresh flowers to our sweetheart table last minute, it was really kind of them. I am really happy we got married here, I would not have wanted it any other way. The last and important question, is the venue affordable? In comparison to everywhere else we looked, this venue offered everything we needed at a reasonable price. Considering all the packages and decor included and staff available, it was fair to what we received.
