Everyone I talked to at our wedding (150 guests) told me how delicious everything was. I especially loved the roasted chicken, Lemon Butter Pangasius, and mashed potatoes casserole. The style of food fit our venue perfectly. We cannot thank Simply Sated By Tessa enough for making our wedding perfect! I highly recommend the delicious food and great to work!!!”

“Sage and Spice executed our PERFECT wedding menu! My husband and I love Asian food, so for our wedding, we wanted to share some of our favorite dishes with our favorite people. Our point of contact, Meredith, was super helpful and collaborative on our consultation call. She walked us through a few options we might like from Sage and Spice's menu, and if there was something different we wanted, we were able to share our own recipes for the chefs to create. In particular, we were excited about serving Burmese mint chicken, a cuisine and dish we always share when guests visit us in San Francisco, and Chinese BBQ pork (char siu), a comfort food my mom always makes when I go home. We sent both recipes to Sage and Spice, and they absolutely nailed the flavor and texture for both dishes! Almost everything was incredible, and I'm so grateful that Sage & Spice let us curate our menu and brought it to life flawlessly. Our only hiccup was dessert (doughnuts), but Sage and Spice were responsive, accountable, and handled it professionally. Would absolutely recommend Sage and Spice if you're looking to put your own flair in your catering!”
