They were an easy company to work with and a wonderful price! Tricia and Amy have really sweet personalities and give us some deals on the package we got. My now husband and I had a few phone calls with Pacific Lights. Through the conversations, they picked our photographer and videographer that were the best fit for our needs. They were easy to work with and very professional. We received the results quickly. We both want to use Pacific Lights for other events. Would highly recommend!

Sound Originals did a fantastic job photographing our wedding! Ari and Ali were very professional and they understood how to set up good shots. I'm amazed by how good the lighting was in most of the photos, even in some rooms at the church that weren't as well lit. There are a few photos I wish had been full body rather than cut off at the ankles, oh well. At the end of the night when our coverage had ended before the wedding did, they waited till the end of a song before saying goodbye instead of interrupting, which we greatly appreciated.

I am a Portland native through and through! My love for photography rivals only my love of traveling. My interest in photography began at a young age, thanks to my Uncle and 8th grade math teacher. After over 18 years of experience, I have mastered the art of putting my clients at ease and creating an environment for them to be present and most importantly be themselves. I have a deep passion for not only the images I create but for the people I work with. I truly consider it an honor to be a part of someone’s wedding day and the images we create together become reflective memories for the couple, not just snapshots in time.

From the moment we first reached out to Photography By Cambrae, we were impressed by their quick replies and friendly communication style. Cambrae was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, providing us with a detailed timeline to ensure our wedding day photos went smoothly. She was patient and creative when trying to capture photos with our sweet dog River, and made the entire photo session fun and relaxed for everyone involved. Cambrae's attention to detail and ability to pose us perfectly resulted in photos that beautifully captured the joy and love of our special day. We are thrilled with the high-quality work Cambrae delivered and would recommend her to any couple looking for an exceptional wedding photographer.

There’s a shot of us sneaking fries in the kitchen between dances, and somehow it ended up being one of the most “us” photos ever. Nothing felt forced — just genuine, cinematic moments stitched together like a memory reel. The video? Pure magic. I didn’t think something could feel both nostalgic and brand new at the same time.

Venture Ever After
Rating: 5.0 (20 reviews)
Portland, OR
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $5,200

My name is Nadia. I specialize in elopements + adventure weddings in the Pacific Northwest. I help people have the wedding of their dreams in magical outdoor spaces. When you choose to elope, you’re choosing to get married free of society’s wedding day expectations. So go wild! Spend the entire day in your favorite place, with your favorite person. Wear a fancy outfit, or wear your hiking boots. Invite your dog instead of your mom’s second cousin. Share your first kiss under the stars instead of under an altar. In the great outdoors, you write the wedding rules. And I’m here to help make it an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime.

Awarded Best of Zola
When we began looking for a photographer for our micro-wedding, we gravitated towards Nadia’s images over and over again. Not only did they capture raw, intimate moments between couples and families, but they elevated those moments in elegant and natural landscapes of the PNW; everything we wanted. We reached out and set up a consultation call immediately. We were initially nervous and felt very unprepared to speak with photographers because we had zero ideas for what our special day would look like, but after our call with Nadia we were confident that Venture Ever After was the right choice for us. She was so knowledgeable and did a TON of legwork planning our timeline to best capture the moments we wanted in the lighting we needed, recommending a variety of locations for some private moments as a couple and group activities with our family, and keeping us grounded and calm throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, Nadia took the reigns and gently guided us through the day with compassion and grace. She constantly reminded us that each moment was for us and encouraged us to revel in all of the details. She even conquered some pretty crazy heights armed with multiple cameras and a walky-talky to capture some dramatic and beautiful couple’s portraits. Beyond being an incredible photographer, Nadia is one of the most genuine and kind people I’ve met. She has a knack for keeping elopement/wedding day energy light and helping her clients feel natural in front of the camera. My partner and I truly felt like models. I feel so blessed to have our wedding photographed by her and, above all, be able to call her a friend. I would recommend Nadia at Venture Ever After to everyone planning an elopement, wedding, or adventure in the PNW. In fact, I hope to be able to visit her and capture anniversaries and momentous occasions for our family long into the future.

Hi, I'm Elle! A Wedding & Event Photographer located in Portland Oregon. I offer hourly photography coverage services all over the Pacific North West. All weddings are so unique and meaningful, it leaves me endlessly inspired!

Awarded Best of Zola
Elle is hands down the best photographer I could’ve possibly hired to capture my wedding day. She is absolutely wonderful. Not only is she an awesome person, but she is so incredibly talented. We just got married 5 days ago so pictures will take a bit to come in, but Elle had a sneak peak of some pictures ready for us that night!! I did not expect that but was totally thrilled! My husband and I can be kind of camera shy, but Elle made us feel so comfortable and really helped everything feel so natural. Her eye for detail is beyond words. She is so thorough and definitely does her research before hand on weather conditions so she can plan for the sunset, etc. we had originally planned to go the Oregon gardens for pictures, but due to the weather we did the pictures at the resort and I was in awe of how Elle was able to make it work and find little areas that were great for photos. Thank you so much Elle!!!

Dionne Kraus Photography
Rating: 5.0 (16 reviews)
Portland, OR
  • Fine art style
  • Starts at $3,700

I am a firm believer that friendship comes from learning the weird and quirky about a person, and still wanting to hang out with them after. And, since you will literally spend more time with your photographer than most anyone else on your wedding day, I want to be friends. We NEED to be friends. Like, I’ll-probably-end-up-holding-your-dress-up-while-you-pee type friends. That’s practically BFF status. I’m not only in the business of capturing your epically rad and emotional moments, I am also in the business of making lasting friendships, both of which I’m really awesome at.

Dionne goes the extra mile to make stellar photographs. She is so kind and easy to work with. Her response time is fast and her photos are so crisp and professionally executed. I would highly recommend Dionne for any photography needs.

Georgy Shishkin Photography
Rating: 5.0 (14 reviews)
Portland, OR
  • Classic style
  • Starts at $3,900

Hi, I'm Georgy Shishkin — a wedding and elopement photographer with over 19 years of experience capturing love stories in breathtaking landscapes. Based in Oregon, I photograph weddings across the Pacific Northwest, California, and British Columbia. My background in photojournalism taught me how to anticipate real emotion, while my years in wedding photography taught me how to guide and support couples in front of the camera. I love helping people who’ve never modeled before feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely connected. Every story is personal to me — I’m not just your photographer, I’m your teammate throughout the day.

Awarded Best of Zola
We eloped. Just the two of us, mountains around, wrapped in a checkered blanket with our hearts racing and headlights glowing behind us — and Georgy somehow turned all of that into pure poetry. These are, without exaggeration, the most beautiful photos we’ve ever had taken. Not just because of the location or the light (which were stunning), but because Georgy captured something deeper: how we felt. The joy, the quiet, the closeness, the nervous laughter… every photo feels like a little window back into that day. He made us feel completely comfortable, even in the middle of wild nature. It never felt staged or forced — just natural, gentle, and easy. Georgy gave us space to be ourselves and somehow still knew exactly when to click the shutter. We’re so grateful. These images are more than wedding photos — they’re memories we’ll carry forever. If you’re considering booking Georgy: do it. He has an incredible eye, a calming presence, and a gift for turning fleeting moments into timeless art. Thank you!!!

Kyle Carnes Photography
Rating: 5.0 (13 reviews)
Portland, OR
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $3,100

Hi, I’m Kyle. I’m Northwest born, Portland based, and like to think that I have pines trees sprouting from my skin and sun-soaked glacial runoff coursing through my veins. Aside from photographing weddings, I enjoy strenuous hikes with a view as much as indie flicks, comic books, carving powdery slopes, rock climbing, and Trail Blazers games. I like to share these details because I strongly believe that connecting with the couples I collaborate with is integral to the creative process of photographing a wedding. A strong connection will result in the best images possible.

Awarded Best of Zola
Kyle Carnes Photography was an absolute pleasure to work with on a wedding at the Water Oasis. His communication was clear, prompt, and incredibly understanding of the timeline and special moments throughout the entire process. The quality of his work was top-notch, with a masterful use of light and shadows to create truly artistic and timeless photos. He captured all the special moments of their big day and stayed on schedule, making the experience smooth and stress-free. It was an absolute joy to have him as part of their wedding vendor team!

Skylar Coonan Photography
Rating: 5.0 (12 reviews)
Portland, OR
  • Classic style
  • Starts at $4,000

Just a little backstory on how I got into this business. When I was a child, I loved taking pictures of everything. And I mean everything! (I get that from my mom.) Now my dad didn't share this same joy as me because back then it was all film and every snapshot I took...he knew he had to pay to develop. We love to look back on that time of my life now and see where it got me. Its a funny story to reflect on, but so rewarding to see a joy turn into a passion and that passion turn into a career!

Awarded Best of Zola
Words can’t explain how happy we were to have Skylar capture our wedding day and engagement photos! She is extremely easy to work with through the entire process. After meeting her for the first time, we knew that we had someone personable, dependable, and talented. Her photos/style captured our happiness while highlighting the beauty of the moment. I could go on and on about how fabulous she is! Save yourself the trouble of searching for a photographer and have her be a part of your special day!

Shooting with them literally feels like hanging with your best friends. They were an absolute joy from start to finish, but it was Sharayah’s attention to detail and artistic eye that impressed me above all else. It was inspiring to feel like we were all creating art together, and the photos don’t lie! Our engagement shoot went viral on Instagram, and we got hundreds of comments saying, “these are literally the best engagement photos I’ve ever seen.” I too, agree with that sentiment, but I have to give credit to Hereafter’s vision and execution because they NAILED it. As a team, they’re both extremely communicative and organized, professional yet relaxed in the way they interacted with us and our guests. No one has ever made me feel so comfortable in front of a camera. Additionally, their digital color grading is meticulously adjusted to match 35mm film with incredibly accuracy. They perfectly captured the magic of our special day. We booked them for the whole package - engagement shoot, wedding photos, and wedding video with super 8 film. Their understanding of my vision was remarkable…Hereafter managed to romanticize every single detail in a profound way. The photos are so special to us because each one feels like a standalone piece of art. They went above and beyond for us in every capacity, even going so far as to drive me to the venue on my wedding day when things ran late! We cannot recommend Hereafter Films highly enough. Book them immediately! I promise you, they are worth every single penny and more.

Hey, I’m Katie! I’m a wedding photographer based in Portland, Oregon, and I love capturing real moments, happy tears, and all the beautiful chaos that makes your wedding day special. When I’m not behind the camera, I’m a mom to two humans and three fur babies, married to my high school sweetheart for 19 years. You’ll usually find me with coffee in hand, rewatching Gilmore Girls, or scrolling TikTok a little longer than I should.

From start to finish Katie was amazing! When my wife and I started wedding planning we specifically looked for LGBTQ friendly vendors and Katie stood out. Her photography and editing is gorgeous and we knew we had to choose her! We took our engagement photos only a month before our wedding and Katie made sure we got our photos in time to be able to use them at our wedding. From planning to the actual day Katie made everything smooth, fun and easy. Our photos turned out amazing and we got sneak peaks less than a week after our wedding. I cannot thank her enough for capturing our special day so perfectly!! Highly recommend

I take a limited number of weddings each year, please reach out to confirm availability.

Maria was the perfect choice for our forest elopement photography. From the very beginning, Maria's communication was clear, friendly, and timely, putting us at ease as first-time photo subjects. Her artistic, professional, and sensual approach to capturing our special day was exactly what we were looking for. Maria was great at directing us - we were nervous and didn't know what to do with our hands or how to pose, but she helped make everything look and feel natural while having so much fun! Maria is a super talented photographer and also a great director. We worked with her for our elopement and also for our small wedding dinner a month later, and her photos now hang all around our house, reminding us of these special days. Hi! My name is Bailey and I am the owner of Baileaves Photography. I am a travel and destination wedding photographer based in Portland, Oregon. I travel all over the world to create timeless cinematic images of couples.

Awarded Best of Zola
My fiancé and I are getting married in May 2026 and are both pretty camera shy. We knew we wanted to get professional engagement and wedding photos done, but were nervous they would feel inauthentic. When we found Bailey’s page we were so excited about how she captured genuine joy from her couples in some of our favorite natural wonders in Oregon, which put us at ease going into our first conversation with her. Right out of the gate Bailey was incredible helping us feel comfortable with her, giving us resources to help guide our location outfit choices, and making us feel confident that we weren’t going to regret this decision. On the day of our engagement shoot, Bailey showed up at sunrise with us on the Oregon coast and ran around the beach for over 3 hours with us because the lighting kept shifting in such incredible ways through the clouds. Not only that, but she went above and beyond wrangling our dogs while we got some couple shots followed by some with the pups in some truly special family shots we will certainly be hanging up in the house. We had the best time with Bailey and the engagement photos she delivered were beyond anything we could have imagined. The way she captures the little smiles and moments between loved ones is unmatched, and her attention to lighting nuance and details of the natural area you’re in make her photos that much more special. We ended up using some of her photos for our invites and website, but are most excited to frame some for the house to remember forever. We can’t wait to have her as our wedding photographer and couldn’t recommend her enough for anyone looking!

She captured every emotion and detail Perfectly, whenever I look at our wedding pictures, it brings back every feeling on our special day. TEARS! The GIFS and edits were amazing! She spent the entire day with us and made sure we got everything we asked for out of a photographer, but she isn’t just that, she’s a friend, we’re so thankful we hired her for our wedding and definitely recommend her to anyone looking to have the best wedding pictures ever! Don’t wait, if you’re thinking about booking her, DO IT. You won’t regret it!

Hello! I'm Kendra, the face behind Kendi Photos. My style of wedding photography is a mix of candid and formal shots, ensuring a diverse array of photos in your gallery. My favorite part of wedding photography is being there for all the behind the scenes action that the guests don't get to see, especially intimate first look moments. I edit on the side of bright and true to color, enhancing photos without changing the entire vibe. I serve the Pacific Northwest and am based out of the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR areas.

I cannot say enough nice things about working with Lauryn and Bob. Not only do they bring the most genuine and lovely attitude and vibes but they make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. They were so professional and knew exactly what to do and say to get all the family members together and they have such good vision when it comes to posing and backgrounds. And the pictures that came out in the end?*swoon* they are some of the most gorgeous shots! The colors, the lighting, the composition, all of it was so on point and so amazing. And we got our photos back so quickly! I cannot recommend Lauryn enough. Pro tip: The wedding and engagement photo combo was the way to do it- not only do you get amazing photos of you and your fiancé before the wedding but getting to know Lauryn and Bob prior to the big day was so nice and made us way more comfortable and we knew what to expect/ what it felt like to be in front of the camera.

Christina took our engagement photos and they are truly some of my favorite pictures of the two of us. Neither of us had participated in a photo shoot since our senior pictures so we were a little anxious going into it, but Christina’s calm presence, sense of humor, and great direction helped ease of nerves immediately. I love that she really was able to capture our playful dynamic in our pictures and nothing felt too stiff or posed. We will definitely be using her again for future family shoots and recommending her to everyone we know! Thank you again Christina!!
