If you want authentic, beautiful photos done by someone who truly cares about what she does, Shelby is the one you want! From the moment we set up our first call with us it was clear that she really wanted to get to know what makes my husband and I, us. This lead to some amazing photos for both our engagement and wedding. She was so efficient through out the whole process and her timeline was flawless. I can not recommend her enough! I can't wait to get back our wedding video because I know that it will be just as amazing as our photos.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Nicole. She did an absolutely incredible job with our flowers—every arrangement was stunning, and she brought my vision to life even more beautifully than I imagined. Throughout the planning process, she was thoughtful, thorough, and such a joy to work with. She listened carefully, offered great suggestions, and made everything feel effortless. But what truly sets Nicole apart is how deeply she cares. On the wedding day, she became an unexpected hero. As she was finishing her setup, she noticed I was upset and immediately asked what was wrong. I explained that the venue had misplaced the light fixtures meant to sit at the top of our large seating chart, leaving awkward empty holes. Without hesitation, she said she had extra greenery and could cover the entire area. Within minutes, she transformed it into something beautiful. It was amazing—she was an absolute lifesaver. Nicole’s talent, creativity, and kindness made such a difference in our day. I’m endlessly grateful for her work, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone.

I have always envisioned my wedding day with a violinist playing during the ceremony. Before I walked down the aisle I could hear the violin and the song I envisioned walking down to. Hearing the violin in that moment drew tears to my eyes because it was better than I envisioned it. It was one of the best decisions I made on my wedding day. The violin made our ceremony beautifully emotional, raw, and alive. It added a depth that truly brought a lifelong dream together perfectly. I would highly recommend.

She was extremely communicative, on top of things, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is beautiful, with an old-fashioned, cozy, and warm atmosphere that made our wedding feel like a dream. Awarded Best of Zola
I will just start by saying that hiring the Franklin & Alison Music Band was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding on 5/18/24 at the Atrium of Tenafly! We received so many compliments from all the guests for the quality of the live band we had; and to our joy, the dance floor was always brimming with people. We happened upon the band’s website via The Knot’s suggested music provider list and absolutely loved their sample videos, songs, pictures, and testimonials. From the get go, Laraine was a pleasure to work with - always clear, on point with her answers, considerate, personable, and compassionate. We spoke at length via several phone calls and email exchanges about our history as a couple and our music preferences and then we met in person to go over all the details and narrow down the list of our favorite songs, She paid close attention to the pronunciation of names, nailed the parent dance song suggestions and the timing of the different reception activities. Then Laraine, Keith and the band did an amazing job at compiling an extremely successful playlist customized to our wedding. Katrice’s voice is stunning and so versatile, Sam was the perfect host, Keith was just so fun to chat with, and everyone in the band was just phenomenal! We all had a blast and I couldn’t recommend Franklin & Alison Music highly enough! Hands down the best decision ever!

Jasna Polana was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding day. From their easy and quick communication, to the stunning and graceful mansion, we could not have asked for a better venue. Kelsey was creative in how she maneuvered the furniture to create the perfect flow for our cocktail hour, and even pulled us aside during cocktail hour to make sure we took a moment to enjoy a plate of delicious food - a thoughtful (and incredibly helpful) gesture that we really appreciated. In particular, Kelsey was a joy to work with, helping to talk down this anxious bride and providing creative solutions throughout the planning process. We are so grateful to the entire Jasna Polana team for making our special day truly unforgettable.

Keith Franklin Jazz Group
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
Princeton, NJ
  • Band or Ensemble
  • Starts at $750

I’ve done over 1000 weddings , club dates and concerts we tailor the music to suit your event . Trio consists of piano , bass and drums . We can add on a trumpet and female vocalist as well . Male vocals are also available

Due to being able to save a decent amount of budget money on various other parts of our wedding day, my fiancé (at the time) decided that we should get some live music for our wedding if we could manage. After some careful research, I happened upon the Keith Franklin Jazz Group. After speaking to the band manager Larraine, and explaining our needs, she suggested that instead of the wedding band that they normally send to weddings, we hire the jazz band. Then she invited us to come see the band play at the Witherspoon Grill in Princeton NJ. My fiancé and I loved them and decided that their vibes were exactly what we needed for our wedding reception. Larraine was phenomenal to work with and she was gracious and patient with me despite the fact that I was losing my bridal mind and dropping balls everywhere in the chaos. She suggested that we get the regular 4 piece jazz band and that we add a horn and a second voice (a male vocalist to duet with the female vocalist) to it. She also had their sound engineer come and set up the speakers and microphones. She was absolutely correct in all her suggestions, and the band absolutely made our night. It wasn't overly loud and was in fact very relaxed and romantic, and the vibes were immaculate. People did dance to the music sometimes, but mostly everyone just sat back and enjoyed themselves in the amazing ambiance. They were perfectly suited to our venue choice, and there was absolutely nothing they could have done better. It's definitely not the norm to have a jazz band at your wedding, but trust me, it's a fantastic choice and was by far the best choice for us, and also well within budget. Thank you, Keith and company, for such a wonderful night! If I could remember everyone's names, I would call you out each by name because you were all so wonderful and absolutely made our wedding day the best it could possibly have been!

Cyndi Shattuck Photography

Much to my delight, as a sophomore in high school, I was mistakenly placed into a senior level photography class. Since then I have never been without a camera. I graduated in 1993, with a BFA in Photography from University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA. Before becoming a full-time photographer, I worked for a decade in journalism in the US and internationally as an Art Director and Creative Director at the Philadelphia Weekly, The Wall Street Journal and WSJ.com. After leaving journalism in 2004, I opened my own studio in Manhattan where I lived for 20 years, met my husband, and had twins before moving to Princeton, NJ in 2014.

Cyndi Shattuck is a wonderful photographer who captures the essence of each person in a caring and professional way. Her photos are beautiful and she is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.

When I hired All In Entertainment, I had multiple options to choose from; however, Anthony's energetic and relatable personality and his knowledge and expertise was what made me choose him as my provider for DJ services. When the time came for my wedding day, (we DIY'D everything) so naturally we ran entirely behind schedule! That's when my DJ Mike SAVED the day along with my photographer and they basically took the coordination of placing the guests in and out of the appropriate rooms and they even helped me make a candle light outdoor ceremony look even better. Mike was exceptional, he confirmed that all the songs that were specifically requested for the ceremony and introductions were played and he went over them with me to make sure that he had them correct AND HE DID! Anthony ABSOLUTELY killed it with the intro remix I requested! Overall it was a great experience from booking to the actual day of the event. Thank you All In Entertainment and team! The Darby's

Whether it is a single rose, or a full wildflower garden, I think there are flowers for every type of person!

Laura was amazing - everyone raved about the arrangements, especially at the sweetheart table. I don’ t know anything about flowers and was pretty overwhelmed with choices. We also had a pretty small wedding party. I was in ivory and my wedding party was in mostly black. The only color came from my husband’s suit. My dress was also super simple so the flowers brought dimension to the larger look. I sent Laura a few pictures of arrangements I liked and arrangements I didn’t like and she totally ran with it knocking it out of the park. She’s also worked with our venue quite a bit, making coordinating the logistics easy. We highly recommend Laura!

Hey It's Amalia & Jenna! 🌈 A wife and wife duo who as real life partners bring that same level of trust, teamwork, and care into every wedding we’re part of. With backgrounds in hospitality, design, and event planning, we work side by side to create celebrations that feel organized, thoughtful, and beautifully put together! Our name comes from the butterfly effect the idea that small, intentional moments can turn into something truly special. We’re big believers that it’s the little details, thoughtful choices, and behind the scenes care that end up making the biggest difference on your wedding day, and that mindset guides everything we do!

Awarded Best of Zola
From the very first meeting with Jenna and Amalia, I knew they were the ones to help plan my special day. I didn’t need to meet with anyone else — I clicked with them immediately. Their warmth, kindness, and creativity put me completely at ease, and throughout the planning process they always came prepared with thoughtful ideas and solutions. Our planning meetings honestly felt more like I was just hanging out with my best friends than a meeting with my wedding planners. On the day of my wedding, I was full of nerves and anxiety — until I saw them step out of the car. In that moment, all of the stress lifted. Jenna and Amalia have such a calming presence; they anticipated every detail, solved problems before they even reached me, and made sure I could be fully present and enjoy my day. And honestly they are just FUN to be around. My wedding couldn’t have been more perfect, and so much of that is thanks to them. Somewhere between the planning meetings, the endless texts, and the joy of the wedding day, Jenna and Amalia became more than planners — they became people I want in my life forever. My family absolutely fell in love with them too; we’re already planning dinners and future hangouts. That’s the kind of impact they have — they don’t just plan weddings, they become part of your story. I cannot recommend The Butterfly Effect Weddings enough. If you want planners who will not only execute your vision flawlessly but also make the entire process joyful and stress-free, Jenna and Amalia are it. They will forever hold a special place in my heart.

Choosing The Hamilton Manor was the best choice for our wedding! The staff were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and professional throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is truly beautiful, with a stunning ballroom, lovely cocktail area, and a charming barn that offered so much to our special day. Our coordinator Erin answered every question we had and assisted us with everything we asked, and Kristen, the bridal attendant, was extremely friendly and helpful in meeting our every need. We don't have a single complaint, as the team at The Hamilton Manor treated us so well and ensured all of our needs were attended to. The owner, Andre, was even present and took great care of us. We are so grateful to have celebrated our wedding at this wonderful venue.

When you hire Jamie you actually GET Jamie as your photographer on your wedding day! Why? 1. I LOVE photographing weddings! (I don’t want to send someone else to “do it for me” 🤪) 2. If you’re reading this, then you’re at the stage right now where you are researching individual photographers style, reading reviews showing their reputation, and scheduling a call to research their personality while sharing your vision. …. Now imaging doing all that work just for a “team member” or “an associate” photographer to show up on your wedding day? CRAZY RIGHT?! When you hire Jamie, your date is locked in FOR YOU, no unwanted surprises!

Jamie was amazing! She brought so much enthusiasm to every part of the process from our engagement shoot to the big day. She helped us visualize the full timeline from start to finish, and her artistic eye and direction made us feel completely at ease in front of the camera. The photos are stunning—capturing every moment from getting ready to our bubble exit, and she stayed through the very end with no extra fees. Our album is gorgeous and such a special keepsake from the day. We can’t recommend Jamie enough!

From the very beginning, Park Château made the entire wedding process feel like an absolute dream. The moment I stepped onto the grounds for the first time, I knew it was the perfect venue—I could already picture our wedding day there. As a Type A bride, I deeply appreciated how responsive and helpful Devin was throughout planning. Every question I had was answered quickly, and every concern met with care. The team was incredibly accommodating, honoring the vision we had for a meaningful, multicultural celebration. They worked with us to alter the stations so I could incorporate my Filipino heritage and allowed us to bring in soju to represent my husband’s Korean culture. Every request, no matter how detailed, was thoughtfully considered—it genuinely felt like their mission was to bring our dreams to life. On the day of the wedding, the service was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Danielle kept us relaxed by constantly checking on us, keeping the suite clean, steaming dresses last-minute, and making sure we were well-fed and comfortable. Once we were ready, Jeremiah and Justin took care of my husband and me with such attention, joy, and professionalism that we never once had to think or worry about a thing. They truly went above and beyond!! They made sure our hair was never out of place, carried my lipstick for touch-ups, managed my train, cape-veil with ease, shaded me from the sun, and brought cold water (with a straw for makeup!) every 30 minutes. When my dress got dirty during photos (which I was mentally prepared for!), they were on the ground scrubbing it clean and blow-drying it dry—both of them. Later on the dance floor, they cooled me down with a cold cloth and made sure I stayed hydrated, all while keeping the energy light and fun. I could go on and on because these were just a few things they took care of for us that day! They made us laugh, checked in on us emotionally, and truly felt like part of our celebration. Their presence made the day even more magical. Our guests were blown away—not just by the sheer amount of food, but by the quality and taste of everything, from cocktail hour to dinner to the drinks. Everyone thought the grounds and venue were so beautiful and it all ran so smoothly! We've had so many guests tell us it was one of the best weddings they've ever attended, and we couldn’t agree more. Park Château truly knows what they’re doing. I wish I could relive the day all over again—it was absolutely perfect. Thank you to the entire Park Château team for giving us a wedding day beyond our wildest dreams.
