“I had such a great experience working with this team. Heather and Courtney brought a happy, thoughtful, and professional energy to every part of the process, and really helped bring the wedding together in a way that felt personal and seamless. Heather handled the florals, and she completely understood the feel I was going for — even when I only had a few reference photos and loose ideas. I sent her pictures of the Marin hills in bloom, and she created something beautiful and unique with that inspiration. The floral arch was stunning, and her idea to run wildflower-inspired arrangements down the center of the tables made it feel like guests were sitting in a field of flowers. She brought the florals to my parents house the next day for our brunch and we were thrilled that we could continue to enjoy the beauty she created. Courtney managed coordination and was incredibly organized and responsive throughout. She kept track of all the moving parts, made helpful suggestions for how to use the venue, and offered so much of her time — from emails to zoom calls and venue walk throughs. I’m so impressed that we were able to leave her with a truck load of decorations some loose instructions and arrived to the venue to find it was set up perfectly. She is filled with positive energy and you will always feel her love and support throughout the process!”

Karen was an answered prayer and thankfully was available to help us out with a 2 months Day-of Coordination package. Once she hopped on and worked with us two months out, we instantly felt relief & confidence that our special day was in good hands. Communication was great, her organization, her attention to detail and quick problem solving is unmatched. And she only works with the best - her assistant was just as amazing. Karen has a true eye for talent AND she genuinely cares! She has a special way of connecting with everyone and making you laugh and feel at ease even when the unexpected comes up. The wedding day came and everything went smoothly and beautifully! Karen was the glue between us, the guests, the vendors and our venue. We’re still waiting for our photography and videography to come back but from what friends and family have shared, they did an amazing job putting together the decor and all the details! My husband and I were in complete bliss and don’t think we ever had a worry during the day. It was funny because post-wedding, my husband and I were talking about how we should’ve hired a content creator because we were feeling so impatient with waiting for our photographer and videographer edits. Only to log onto Instagram moments later to see some beautiful stories from Karen and her assistant! AMAZING There is not enough money or reviews to thank Karen and her team enough. Karen is absolutely the best. In the words of my husband, she is the GOAT. He literally told me “You can give her all our money.” and honestly if we could start over, we would have hired and paid her for the Full Planning package for her expertise from beginning to end!”

“10/04/25 Krystal and her assistant ;) , were our “day of” coordinating team, even tho Krystal was putting in work weeks before the day. The second they arrived, my stress level decreased by 10000%. “Where to even begin! Jill Hudgins was our wedding planner/saint for the 8 months leading up to our wedding. When I say I can’t imagine how any of our big day would have been possible without her - I absolutely mean it. We knew from our first introductory call with Jill that she was going to be such a great partner and friend through the process. She was thoughtful, organized, and brought the best energy to every detail! When it came time to find and vet vendors, she actually ended up saving us quite a bit of money by either finding identical less expensive vendors or by reviewing contracts and removing unnecessary charges. The real magic happened during the week of our wedding and we needed some emergency rentals - Jill came through with some contacts and got it immediately sorted for us. I got so many compliments on how relaxed I seemed on my wedding day and it was because I knew Jill had my back and everything was going to be perfect. I cannot recommend Jill Hudgins enough. I already miss working with her and I know she will elevate any couple and wedding she works with in the future. Do not miss the chance to partner with such a great planner! Thank you, Jill!”

“Bre and Jenna may have been the main reason our wedding day was the best day of our lives. They are extremely organized, great at communicating, very prepared, very detail oriented, and so easy and fun to work with. I run a lot of smaller events for an alcohol company so I have the tendency to triple check on things just to make 100% sure nothing falls through the cracks, and they had to keep reminding me they had everything covered, and they absolutely did. They literally think of everything for you! Because of them, I felt the most amazing, calm feeling all day. I was really able to enjoy the beauty of my wife, the day, and all of our friends and family around us with zero distractions. Also, the value of having two coordinators for a similar price to 1 was such a game changer. Thank you Bre and Jenna for making us feel like we were working with our good friends to co-create such a perfect, beautiful day. Can't imagine there are better wedding coordinators out there!”

“We can't say enough amazing things about Melanie. Having a day of planner is an absolute must. You don't realize how much there is to do the day of the wedding and you don't have time to stress about it when you're preparing for your big day. She was in constant communication with us months leading up to the wedding and really understood our vision and what we wanted on our big day. She created a detailed timeline and kept it on track. She was the main point of contact with the venue and all the vendors leading up to the wedding day. She greeted all the vendors and gave them direction on where to go and how to set things up. She was super organized and prepared. She also had great insights and suggestions for our big day. We were able to enjoy our wedding day and just focus on each other and friends and family.
