I grew up on California's Central Coast and obtained a minor in Photography from Cal Poly SLO. My love for photography started in high school and has always been my sole aspiration. As a photographer, I understand that photos hold cherished memories that last a lifetime. I first picked up a camera in high school and was instantly obsessed with the process and possibilities of capturing images. I went on to study at The San Francisco Art Institute and transferred to The Art Center, College of Design in Pasadena, earning a BFA in Photography. I began my career as a photographer in a Los Angeles product photo studio. While working there, I found I had a talent for photo retouching. I worked as a professional retoucher for many years and know what many celebrities really look like hah! I made my way back to freelance photography after having my daughter in 2013.
