“The two most important aspects of your wedding: videography and photography. Hands down. People won’t remember details for the rest of their lives like you will but they’ll always be able to view photos and videos to give an overall view. This is your priority. I have done that work for you for videography! As the MOB, my daughter mostly wanted me to handle much of the organizational details (with our wedding planner) and overall work of the wedding. She trusts me because she knows I thoroughly enjoy it, am detailed-oriented and trustworthy when throwing events. Looked for weeks for a videographer. Issues: Not available Not talented enough Not professional enough Not experienced enough Not fairly priced I did my homework. We were looking for someone with those aspects: available, talented, professional, experience and fairly priced. We finally found Patrick with Luxe Filmography. He was a God send, truly. His ATTENTION to detail, his CARE, his INQUIRIES, his THOROUGHNESS, his DEDICATION to making this perfect. He’s the whole package, legitimately. We had planned on videography of course, however, I noticed on his website something called “Same Day Edit”. I asked him about it and he told me that it was a video of the wedding THE SAME DAY and that they would present it to the bride and groom and guests during the reception for everyone to watch. I knew THAT would be THE surprise for our daughter and son-in-law! It was THE secret of the entire wedding. Patrick worked with me for months with all my questions and even CAME TO MY HOME, during covid in my garage with a mask on, to help transfer the video montage that I was going to show before the Same Day Edit. He’s AMAZING! The Same Day Edit was absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!!! People were floored and our daughter was stunned and thrilled! It was one of the very best parts of the entire day. He is SO heartfelt and truly cares about his clients (and their crazy mothers!) and goes above and beyond. Another of the ways he went above and beyond was by getting permission from the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) to use a drone to get exterior video of Dr. Phillips Center, where we held the ceremony and reception. Not only that but he had to provide drone liability insurance with Dr. Phillips listed as an additional insured, his drone registration, and drone license. I had no idea he was able to get that done until we were watching the Same Day Edit and in the video I look over at him and thank him because it was such a grand surprise. THAT is just continual above and beyond work. You will never regret asking him to film your event, wedding, etc. He uses up-to-date methods and gets every single shot you could think of, even when other vendors are in the way.
