Most importantly, he was really attuned to the crowd's energy and was great about knowing when to play a song in full and when to just tease us with quick samples. If you're looking for someone who really listens to what you want, instead of playing just the same 30 songs you hear at every wedding, Josh is your DJ. The music selection process is easy - in addition to check-in calls and zooms, he uses an app, so you can build you can craft the perfect playlist ahead of time. We both really enjoyed adding songs to our app throughout the planning process. But the best was actually hearing the way he was able to combine so many of our favorite songs for our reception party. He had all our of guests (ages ranging from 10 to over 80 years old) dancing all night long. Our first comment from friends the day after our wedding was about how fun they had on the dance floor and how great the music was! I also think its important to add that Josh handled our wedding ceremony music, cocktail music, dinner music and sparkler exits as well- he provided mics, sounds systems, everything we needed, and all of those were executed perfectly. He was on time for set-up, very respectful of the rules/guidelines in places at our historic venue, and he collaborated really well with our other vendors to make sure everything looked and sounded perfect. Also he is just the nicest guy- really responsive on email and genuine- which was so, so appreciated during tho last few chaotic months of wedding planning. 10/10 - highly recommend.”

Skyline Lines hit it out of the park! From the very start, I felt connected to the band. We decided on their 8 piece band option to include horns, which I highly recommend.They did the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception for an amazing price! Eliot was absolutely incredible in working with us to make sure everything was just how we hoped. He collaborated with one of my friends who I wanted to have sing as I walked down the aisle, met with us multiple times to discuss flow and our play/don’t play list. He even went to the venue prior to the event to get the lay of the land and organized with our coordinator. SL learned a few songs not on their playlist at our request. Even more amazing, the week of our wedding my husband decided he wanted to do a 2 song mashup for his dance with his mom. The band put it together just a few days before and it was awesome! Truly above and beyond! My family has been to a lot of weddings and multiple people said this was the best band they ever experienced! The dance floor stayed full, the energy was amazing, I could not have asked for anything more! Thank you SL for making our day amazing!”
