We even include a relaxed Sunday morning check out if needed. All is set up by us and ready for you on Friday when you check in so that you may remain on-site, stress free, focusing solely on loved ones and the special commitment you are about to make to one another, and not on running back and forth from place to place. First built in 1903 as an Episcopal church, Hay Long Chapel has stood for over 110 years. Hay Long Chapel is located just off of Main Street in historic, downtown Mount Pleasant, Tennessee. Less than an hour drive from South Nashville, Hay Long Chapel provides the perfect setting for intimate weddings, baby showers, bridal luncheons, music videos, and other boutique events. A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch.
