“Loyalty Entertainment truly cares and values their customers, and let me tell you - it shows. I am still speechless at how fantastic every single professional was to work with, and the quality of their work. We chose to get our wedding photography, videography, photo booth and DJ through Loyalty….and I am SO GLAD we did! First, working with one company for all of these important pieces to a wedding made life a lot easier. Second, Loyalty's customer portal allowed us to create our timeline, playlist, and photo requests in advance. Every night, we would try to think of a few things to add; then when the time came, all of the planning was done and it was just about finalizing details. The great thing about the guest portal, is that you can send a link to guests to have them requests songs as well! This was an awesome way to make our guests feel included. Third, Nicole Martinez was always extremely quick to respond with any inquires, and went above and beyond in every single aspect of our planning. She is kind, knowledgeable, organized, and just wants her clients to feel special. The entire process with Loyal and the entire Loyalty team was absolutely phenomenal! DJ 007 (Ryan) - Where do I even begin? DJ Ryan is the greatest DJ of all time - HANDS DOWN! I have never been to a wedding where the DJ is out on the dance floor doing the dances with the guests. All anyone could talk about was how amazing he was, and how they wanted to recommend him to their friends & family. He was extremely professional and knew how to truly gauge the room, then play music accordingly. DJ Ryan provided music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. THANK YOU DJ Ryan for bringing the dance party to our special day - you are awesome! We will recommend Loyalty (& DJ Ryan) to any person for any event. Anne (Photography) - What photographer keeps wooden hangers, command hooks, safety pins, and button hooks in her bag JUST to help her brides? Anne is BEYOND talented, caring, and just simply awesome to work with! We already have our photos, and I have about 280 saved that I am freaking obsessed with. One photo in particular that I have never seen done, is when Anne had her assistant photographer, Ashley (who is also fantastic), run around us with sparklers, and OMG is that photo magical….I get chills every time I see it. Anne is a photographer who knows how to get the traditional photos, but also knows how to capture photos which are outside the box. She is SO easy to work with and is just overall amazing at her job. THANK YOU Anne (& Ashley) for capturing our special day! We cannot wait to work with you again! Craig (Videography) - Craig is beyond talented in every way possible, and is just super fun to work with! We received a 60 second clip about 4 days after our wedding (such a quick turn around time). I swear, I barely noticed he was even there half the time too because of how quiet, and professional he was while capturing our day! The photo booth was a huge hit, as expected! But what makes Loyalty stand out is that they create a book for the bride and groom that guests can sign, then was given to us at the end of the night. So cool to relive! Loyalty also has really fantastic props, and such great photo booth attendants who are pleasant and fun to all of the guests. On top of that, they wiped down every prop after use to ensure sanitation. Definitely a highlight of our wedding! Loyalty is truly world class - we HIGHLY Recommend!”
