We were so impressed by the whole Stroudsmoor team; they were attentive and accommodating with all of our questions and concerns and worked with us to make us comfortable throughout the process. On our wedding day, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were right there and ready with fans to cool us off, drinks without us even asking, and made us feel so special throughout the entire celebration. The Ridgecrest site was absolutely stunning, with its beautiful, idyllic, and natural setting that still felt accessible and comfortable, even on the 85 degree day at the end of June. The shade came over the space perfectly, making it a very comfortable and enjoyable environment for our guests. Stroudsmoor truly provided incredible value and a wedding experience that exceeded all of our expectations.

Mountainville made our wedding absolutely AMAZING! Lauren, James, and their team were incredible from start to finish - always so helpful, organized, knew what they were doing, filled in our gaps, and just made the whole thing so easy. We didn't hire a wedding planner, and it was totally doable to plan our wedding ourselves with Lauren on our team acting as Day-of-Coordinator. Their packages were great and SUCH a good deal for what we got. We received numerous comments stating that our wedding was great (some even called it the "best wedding ever!"), and Mountainville is definitely the reason why - the grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the staff was attentive and helpful throughout the night, and everything ran like a well-oiled machine. Not to mention that the food was absolutely amazing, and there was plenty of it! I wholeheartedly recommend Mountainville Manor to any couple planning their wedding!

Monica runs the business and is such a generous and gracious woman, as are all of the staff. Highly recommend this venue for anyone with a small intimate wedding. I am so in love with the Park Savoy and am so incredibly happy that we chose them for our reception! This estate is so timeless, elegant, and classy. The building itself is so naturally beautiful and has so much charm and character. I kept my own decor minimal because the building itself is just so beautiful. The whole staff was so helpful and organized during the planning process. They helped put all my anxieties at ease and allo They truly blew all of my expectations out of the water! Jess was my maitre d and she truly was my lifeline and was just absolutely amazing! Jess made sure everything I wanted to do was done and would tell us when certain events would take place or give us timing updates etc. I literally didn’t have to worry about one thing. I had the best bridal attendants. They had earpieces and were constantly communicating which helped everything run smoothly. I did not worry about one little detail, they got everything correct and helped bring my vision to life! I was so well taken care of, I never pushed in my own chair and the bridal attendants even made sure I was taken care of if I had to go to the bathroom. They took such good care of my parents and husband as well. We all felt like we were the only wedding they ever had and they had one earlier in the day and you would’ve never known! All of my guests have said over and over again how they have NEVER been to a wedding at a place like that. They were blown away by the amount of food at the cocktail hour not to mention how the food was displayed! Several of my friends and family who have attended many weddings and even had weddings themselves, said that Park Savoy was like nothing they had ever seen. One of my bridesmaids said it felt like a movie. Every table had its own waiter and every guest was taken care of with such great service. The whole night ran without any issues and Jess made sure everything was taken care of. The level of service and attention to detail that the whole staff has is honestly so refreshing and I truly felt like I was a celebrity! They know what they are doing and they are truly worth every penny! There is not one thing I would go back and change. I would just love to relive the day over again because it truly goes by so fast! I HIGHLY recommend this venue and would be happy to speak with anyone who is considering as these candid reviews helped me soo much in my booking and planning process. I will say- DO NOT HESITATE!!

Celebrate at Snug Harbor continues to be one of my favorite venues to work with. Every detail is handled with care, and having Kenzie as the main point of contact makes all the difference. She's the captain of the ship, keeping things running smoothly while creating space for vendors to do their best work. I recently DJ’d the BNI Prefer to Refer holiday party there, and like every event I've done at Snug, it was executed beautifully from start to finish. The communication is seamless, the team is organized and respectful of every role, and the guest experience is always a priority. I look forward to every opportunity to work with Kenzie and the entire Snug Harbor crew.

  • Caters to out-of-town guests
  • Exudes old-world charm

Venue considerations

  • Does not provide event staff
  • No dedicated areas for getting ready
  • No built-in audiovisual options
We stayed here with our bridal party and friends coming in from overseas for the weekend of our wedding. Immediately, everyone was raving about the space and how gorgeous and huge it was. On the night before the wedding, we used it as the rehearsal dinner space, bringing in pans of catering but heating, serving, and using dishware all on site. We were so pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was. We spent so much time on the porch, playing pool, and taking pictures on the staircase. On the morning of the wedding, we had hair, makeup, videography, and photography come to us at the house. It was a great space that kept us from feeling like we were tripping over each other. I’m so excited to see the photos and videos because I know the setting was perfect. Even before we arrived, Steve was so helpful and flexible in our booking process. I could not recommend this space more highly!
