From the very beginning he made us feel comfortable with him and he projected a confidence that all of our requests were not only possible, but would be easy for him to accommodate. We had already booked all of our wedding and reception music- and two weeks before the wedding realized that we didn’t have a microphone for our officiant (it wasn’t provided by our ceremony musicians since we had live music instead of a DJ). We gave Joe a quick call and they had us on their books within a day. They were amazing at such a last-minute notice and made sure everything ran smoothly. It was really important to us to make sure everyone was able to hear our entire ceremony (since we had been to weddings in the past where this was a major problem), and we are so happy with our decision to go with them. When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). I’ve been a touring drummer for the last decade with Pattern is Movement. I’ve had the pleasure to share the stage with artists like The Roots, St. Vincent, Dirty Projectors, Shabazz Palaces and tour all around the world. I’ve also been booking shows for years at Philly’s own Johnny Brenda’s. My life revolves around music and that is why I love to DJ.

From the very first meeting, he was an absolute pleasure to work with: professional, easygoing, and genuinely passionate about creating an unforgettable experience. The dance party was one of the parts of our wedding I was most looking forward to (besides actually getting married, of course), and Chris completely delivered. We built out our song preferences for each part of the night using the Vibo app, which made the process fun and incredibly easy. Chris has just about every song imaginable in his library. And if he doesn’t, he’ll find it. He was even able to edit songs to fit perfectly for our parent dances, which was such a thoughtful touch. He also handled the ceremony sound setup for a small additional (and very fair) charge, and everything sounded flawless from start to finish. Chris gave us the freedom to express ourselves through our music and MC preferences, but when it came time to keep the energy flowing, he took charge and executed our vision perfectly. Our dance floor was packed all night, and so many guests commented on how great the music was. “Talk about the coolest and chillest dude to work with at your wedding! We forgot a song for our parents to come out and I said Kenny Rodgers “the gambler” and he said “no problem” very nice and personable . The photobooth was clutch and sent us all the photo within 24 hours!”
