“My daughter recently got married in Newport, Rhode Island, on September 14th, 2024. She choose to have her reception in a tent on the lawn of the Eisenhower House. The venue was stunning and the woman at EH recommended Clockwork as we were looking for a local band with horns to play at the reception. We were not able to hear them in person, but all the video's posted online more than helped our decision making process and we quickly booked the band 20 months in advance, It was our second decision in the wedding process after the venue -with many, many more to come, but without a doubt - IT WAS THE BEST DECISION!!!! Booking was easy - we sent a check to reserve the date. the catalog of music they are capable of playing is extensive. But we had a tremendous comfort level with Clockwork New England as the contract states YOU GET THE EXACT MUSICIANS you see on all the website videos. There are no switches, or long lists of band members they slot in on any given day. Everyone we saw and loved are the people that showed up for our event. From start to finish - the band rocked the night away - the dance floor was never empty. They sang the bride and grooms song 'You are the Best Thing" and it was spectacular. And every song after that just got us up off our feet. The horns added so much - we keep hearing from friends asking us who they were, because they LOVED the music. The interactions with the crowd also made the night so memorable - and some of the best videos of the night. The band worked well together - and we just cannot say enough about how much they added to the party. Patrick joined a zoom call we had w our planner a week or so earlier than the event - and went over every detail - completely putting our minds at ease. 5 stars are NOT ENOUGH!! They truly made our event the best it could have possibly been! I want to do it again!”

“Tailgate Gourmet was wonderful from the first exchanged email, to the last plate was cleared! The owner, John, and his team truly exceeded all expectations. They are informative, educated, and friendly. John's experience reflects in his dish pairings and suggests for scheduling, and his staffs' skillfulness reflected in their work and presentation. The lead crew member on site as our wedding, Julie, was incredible, scanning the crowd for me to bring by husband and I snacks directly amidst formal photos and mingling. The tasting was well thought out and professional. The menu selections are vast and customizable to your needs, while also being reasonably priced. The option to have our menu cooked to order on charcoal grills right beside our tent in live-action was superior; there were no soggy reheated trays of food, the meat timings were perfect, no limitations due to not having cooking equipment as with some catering. Our guests are still raving over the food, and I think about placing a smaller-scale order at least once a month! Many couples say they didn't get to eat their dinner as they were too busy - we MADE SURE we ate our whole plates full. Just thinking back on our prime rib, mac and cheese, bacon-wrapped scallops - I'm starving for more! If you want a catering company that doesn't blow smoke, feels like an extension of your wedding immediately upon meeting, is mindful of allergies and ingredients, with enthusiasm and pride in their team, don't shop around, just do it!”

“We had our wedding at Saphire Estate in Sharon, MA, and it was everything we hoped for and more. We chose the venue because it gave us that dreamy garden-meets-New England charm that we really missed living in Florida, plus it’s right across from a beautiful lake that made for stunning scenery. From day one, the process with Saphire Event Group was seamless. Their team was responsive, organized, and so accommodating—especially with us planning everything from out of state. We couldn’t attend any in-person meetings aside from our initial visit, and they didn’t skip a beat. My parents even went to our food tasting in our place (bless them), and SEG made it all work without a hitch. “The Red Lion Inn will always have a special place in our hearts. From the very beginning, we were blown away. It was our FIRST venue tour and we immediately fell in love. With the instant smell of the wood burning stove and warmth from the staff, we signed right then and there. Sean and I got married on Friday October 24th, but had the pleasure of starting off our wedding celebrations the night before! Our family and friends were greeted by Nancy and Andrew (two of the nicest people ever) at the front desk and checked into their cozy rooms. Our rehearsal dinner was in the Hillside House, where we were served an amazing dinner and had great service from all the staff. The party then continued to The Cave for some late night music and dancing before this bride had to go to bed for the big day ahead. All of us getting ready for the wedding together all at the same property was not only logistically perfect, but also SO much fun. The girls got ready in the Hillside House while the guys had a drink in The Tavern before all the festivities began. The property is stunning, especially with the fall foliage, and was the perfect backdrop for our first look and photos. Now, no one knows how to throw a party quite like Krystel and Toufik! There was not a moment that passed throughout the entire day where Sean and I had to ask for anything. They were always at our side and so helpful, supportive, and calming. I can’t say enough about Krystel’s help throughout the entire wedding planning process. She got back to me so fast about every single question (and I’m sure some were crazy) and always made me feel like she was there for whatever we needed. She even offered to help us out at the church when we were in need of a coordinator. She thinks of every detail but carries herself with such ease and grace and never seems stressed. And Toufik is truly a wedding superhero! Whether he was helping us cut the cake or bringing rescue seltzer water to get a stain off my dress at the end of the night (yes, my husband spilt ketchup on my wedding dress at the after party-lol). Our parents and friends all commented on how helpful they both were. We have done nothing but smile as we think back to our wedding day. “It is not unusual for wedding planning to begin more than a year in advance of your big day. Venue, flowers, decor, churches (bring your own priest which is a thing), engagement photos, DJ, wedding party, save the dates, invitations. The list DOES. NOT. STOP. With all of these moving parts it really makes you wonder how such a complex event can happen without the slightest issue and seemingly end before you know it. Well, Liv is our reason. After months of planning, and picking, and choosing, and changing, and scrapping ideas our bandwidth for creativity and follow-through was wearing thin. Liv saved the day. She seamlessly coordinated communications between all parties and vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. I will honestly say that without her our day would not have come together like it did. Everyone tells you that something will inevitably go wrong regardless of how thorough your planning. Liv didn’t let that happen. The groomsmen forgot tie clips. Liv ran 5 blocks to pick up tie clips for the boys and was back before the girls even arrived at the church. Her foresight and planning were impressive but her ability to think and adjust on the fly is what made our day go off with zero issues. We cannot thank Liv enough for her help. “DJ Tay worked with us in the months leading up to the wedding to coordinate instrumental piano covers for our ceremony which turned out beautifully. We also gave him a spreadsheet with songs we definitely wanted to play, others that were maybes and a few not to. He worked off this list but there were still a lot of songs I’d hoped to play that we didn’t hear, and also a handful I hadn’t asked for - but it is what it is. He also brought some great colorful lighting and uplights for the space which really added to the vibe. Overall Taylor did a good job DJ-ing our wedding reception! (Some fun hora photos to share)”
