From traditional to unexpected, my cakes blend nostalgia with innovation, making every wedding celebration a sweet masterpiece.

Unlike traditional bakeries, I take a bespoke approach, focusing on a select few cakes each week to ensure meticulous attention to detail. My clients include A-list celebrities like Harry Styles and SZA. My award-winning mojito cheesecake, featured on Fox's 'The Great American Dish Off,' impressed judges Gail Simmons and Daphne Oz. Blair is an absolute genius. From the very first tasting, we knew we were in exceptional hands. Every flavor we tried was extraordinary. It was almost impossible to choose, but we ultimately selected the rosemary infused lemon olive oil cake with fresh strawberry jam and fresh lemon buttercream, and it was perfection. Bright, elegant, balanced, and completely unforgettable. Our five tier cake served 200 guests beautifully, and we received countless compliments throughout the evening. So many people told us it was the most delicious and most beautiful wedding cake they had ever had! The vintage piping details and fresh cherries gave the cake an Old Hollywood and Versailles feel. Romantic, refined, and dramatic without being overdone. It was a true showpiece. Beyond the artistry and flavor, Blair was professional and seamless to work with. Delivery and coordination with our wedding planner and caterer were flawless. Everything felt effortless on our end, which is exactly what you hope for on your wedding day. We are already looking forward to ordering from Blair again for future events!

I knew I wanted Blair to make my cake the minute I found her instagram. Blair was responsive, gave clear communication and we also incorporated my parents wedding cake topper from 1984. I suggest ordering the sampler box. That is how we picked out flavor. The design is exactly has show in her photos and make such a statement and is executed with such precision and talent.
