Our Head Chef and Owner is a multi-cultural cuisine Chef with training from a 5-star culinary institution, Specializing in American, Italian, British, Latin American, Mediterranean, Caribbean, East Asian and African dishes and also cuisine fusions based on your needs. We also conform to dietary restrictions or dish alterations, do not hesitate to let us know what you need and we will do our best to cater to you.
