Perfect Caterer for Scripps Seaside Forum Wedding

Samantha Contreras and her team did an amazing job from start to finish. Our November wedding was perfect at Scripps Seaside Forum. We chose PTD because of the reasonable quotes and the fact we could trust them with all rentals. That was the best decision we made! Samantha handled everything from flatware to drapery. For around 100 people we ended up spending a little under 17k for rentals, tray passed appetizers, full buffet, and churros. It did absolutely feel like a white glove experience which justified spending that much. Especially in an industry where you can spend that much on much more underwhelming service. Our wedding day ran smoothly despite the downpour of rain. We loved that they knew the venue and worked seamlessly with our day of coordinator. The food was amazing we cannot stop getting compliments on the red wine demi glace short-ribs that were actually better than they were in tasting. We had a perfect amount of food.
