Having to deal with food allergies all my life, I wanted to create a business that not only taste good but had ingredients that catered to my special needs. At Puffdelights, our cotton candy is made using organic, vegan and kosher sugar. We use plant and vegetable base foods to add color to our sugar. One of our cotton candy cones has less calories than your average chocolate candy bar. Cotton candy has indeed come a long way from when I was a kid. Tina
