And now, after the wedding, I can honestly say that choosing him was one of the best decisions we made for our special day—period. Miguel doesn’t just make food—he creates art. I cannot believe it was Enchanted Waffle’s first wedding because it was absolutely perfect! I’m endlessly grateful. I truly cannot imagine anyone else being in charge of this sacred piece of our wedding. Miguel and his team are amazing. Our desire was to have healthy organic food and Miguel was able to find great fresh sources for everything we wanted. On top of this his pricing was very reasonable compared to other catering options. The food was a highlight for our guests and we will be talking about his Lamb meatballs and incredible sides/toppings for years to come!
