A non-refundable $350 deposit and a signed contract. You may change the services after booking, however we do ask for your best estimate when you reserve the date so we can plan accordingly and secure the appropriate number of artists.

When assigning artists, we look at your notes and inspiration photos and choose an artist or artists who we think would be a good match for your individual style. If you would like to work with a specific artist/s, we are happy to try to accommodate your request for your lead artist/s. If your requested artist is not available on your date, we will assign one of our other master artists to be your lead.

We are an onsite company, so we can definitely come to you! We travel up to 20 miles round-trip from Minneapolis, MN for no charge. Same goes for the pre-wedding trial. If we will be traveling 20 miles or more outside of Minneapolis, there will be a travel fee of $0.70 per mile round-trip, per artist. For locations that require significant travel time, hotel accommodations may also be required for each artist so they can drive out to the location the night prior to the wedding and be onsite ready to go in the morning.

Yes, we require a minimum of 4 full services for all onsite events within the twin cities metro area. If you are booking combined hair and makeup services that require 1 artist who can do both services, then a minimum of 5 full services are required. Otherwise, the minimum would apply separately for hair and makeup. Weddings outside a 20 mile radius from Minneapolis require a minimum of 5 full services per artist. Weddings that fall on a holiday weekend are also subject to the 5 service minimum per artist.

Our invoices are set up to allow payment via ACH by default. You can request to pay with a credit card instead, in which case a 2.6% processing fee will be applied to your invoice.

We don't assign your artist/s until the date has been reserved. The main reason is that their availability changes daily, and we can't ask them to hold a date on their calendar (which means turning down potential other work) until the date has been secured. I would recommend looking at our team Instagram page to get a feel for our general aesthetic as a company. You are welcome to request a specific artist/s and we will inquire whether she or they are available on your date. We only assign our top artists to work with brides, so you can rest assured that you will be in excellent hands.

We know everyone is busy on their special day, including the artists, so we make sure everything is taken care of in advance. This way, no one will have to worry about making last minute payments on the big day. As a convenience to you and our artists, we add 20% gratuity to all scheduled services, which will be detailed on the final invoice.

The trial run is a time for you to meet with your artist and get a visual of your wedding day look. This gives you a chance to discuss your preferences, work out any kinks and be sure you are both on the same page prior to the big day. We strongly recommend having a trial run, not only will it help you feel more confident on your wedding day but it will also give you a chance to get to know the person you will be spending some of your wedding morning with.

On the day of your trial, please be ready with completely dry hair/clean face (no makeup). It is helpful if you exfoliate within a week of your appointment, and also moisturize at least 30 minutes before the artist gets started on your makeup (no spf). Have some inspiration pictures ready to show your artist. It is also a great idea to have a photo of yourself from a previous special occasion so they can see how natural or dramatic you like to wear your makeup. If you have a veil or will be wearing anything else in your hair (combs, pins, headband, birdcage veil, etc.) feel free to bring that along if you'd like to see the full picture.

No. Our pricing is based upon artist skill level and maintaining top talent in the industry. We don’t adjust payouts to artists based upon the time of season, therefore we can’t adjust pricing in the off season.

Yes, you technically have until 6 weeks prior to the wedding to make changes to the services list. Any changes made after the 6 week mark will not result in a refund or adjustment to the invoice. Since we try to assign artists right away, we recommend starting with your best guess for confirmed services. We try to avoid having to cut an artist or artists after they have been holding a date on their calendar and turning down other potential work. We also want to make sure to try to secure the appropriate number of artists to accommodate everyone in your group in a timely fashion.

In the event that you leave the trial feeling less than satisfied, we would absolutely let you cancel wedding day services. You would only be responsible for the full cost of services provided, or the non-refundable $275 deposit, whichever is greater. If you aren’t satisfied after your trial, we will do our best to come to a mutually agreed upon resolution, based upon your specific concerns. It is always going to be in your best interest to discuss concerns directly with your artist/s during your trial, so they have the opportunity to make adjustments so you can see how it will look with your requested changes.

To reserve your date, we require a $275 deposit and a signed contract. The deposit goes toward your bridal services. If you were unhappy with the results of your trial, we would absolutely let you cancel wedding day services. If you do the trial without reserving your wedding date, you run the risk of your date getting booked up before you make a decision if you want to move forward. Also, we can't assign an artist until your date has been reserved, as they would have to turn down other work once assigned to your event. If you were to change your mind, the artist would potentially be missing out on other work opportunities for that date.

Per the contract, final payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the wedding.

The bride is responsible for parking reimbursement to the artists if applicable. If any services are added on the day of the event, payment must be made directly to the artist prior to services being rendered. Additional fees may apply for extra long/thick hair which would require additional time to style. It is helpful if we are made aware of anyone with extra long/thick hair ahead of time for scheduling purposes. If time goes past the scheduled end time due to the wedding party not being ready on time, additional charges may apply at the rate of $25 per 15 minutes of additional time, per artist.

For events that fall on a holiday weekend, there is a holiday surcharge of $100 per artist.
