Can we personalize our ceremony?

Yes! Together we plan a custom Jewish wedding designed especially for you, full of love, meaning and ritual. I also take into consideration who you are, where you come from and where you are going in your lives. I will teach and explain the rituals and mystical elements of the marriage ceremony from the ketubah until the wedding party so that during each moment of the wedding you can be present and mindful. I will also be your advocate, confidant, and rabbi available by email, phone and text. During the ceremony I will guide the Jewish parts of the wedding so they run smoothly, and explain the symbolism and customs to the guests.

We’re legally married already. Can you still do our ceremony?

Absolutely! Jewish weddings hold deep spiritual and cultural significance. Even if you are already legally married, I strongly recommend having a religious ceremony as well.

Do you provide or require premarital counseling?

In my experience as a rabbi, couples who receive pre-marriage counseling or coaching are happier and more satisfied with their marriage. They have lower rates of divorce and fewer problems. It is crucial in today’s world, when couples face so many pressures, to learn how to build a successful marriage together.

I am a practicing Orthodox rabbi, yet most of the couples I marry are not Orthodox. Drawing on my expertise in Jewish ritual, I ensure that every couple, regardless of background, is married in accordance with Jewish law and tradition.
