    My wedding was a dream but this photographer has been a nightmare. All of my vendors were amazing to work with except for Trinity. The only meeting Trinity showed up on time for was the introductory meeting. After we paid her, she became unresponsive. Multiple times, I requested a sample of the Super 8 video style we paid for as part of our package, and it was never shared with me prior to the wedding. She no-showed to two meetings that she scheduled with us prior to the wedding. I was extremely stressed out about potentially finding a new photographer and videographer so close to our wedding date. Eventually, my day of coordinator was able to contact her, and Trinity was not very apologetic given the amount of stress she caused. The day of the wedding was fine. I’m not sure why the family portraits were so rushed given that we had we only had our immediate families plus three others for family portraits. We told Trinity that we wanted to prioritize the photography and did not mind missing cocktail hour. We were told we would receive a preview of our wedding pictures a day after our wedding. I had to follow up to receive our preview pictures several days after the wedding. I was quoted 8 weeks for a final delivery date of everything we paid for: Super 8 ceremony video, Polaroid album of the day, and full photo gallery. When Trinity missed this deadline, she did not follow up with us. I reached out, again, for an update and she told us February 8th. The date has come and gone with no update or explanation. I have followed up, again, with no response from Trinity. This has been a major headache and we are requesting a partial refund. I have seen other negative reviews saying it took over 6 months to receive photos. I would strongly recommend booking someone else that will communicate clearly and make your wedding planning as easy as possible. I will post an update if and when I ever receive my wedding photos or an update from Trinity.

    We were originally drawn to Trinity and Noah in 2023 after seeing their portfolio. They have exceptional skills for capturing moments and the colors of both photo and video are amazing. We booked in Dec. 2023 for a June 2025 wedding because we were so excited to work with them. The communication was sparse, we received one email in Jan 2025 that said Trinity would be reaching out in the new few months to set up a call. We received the email to set up a call one month before our wedding, not 3 months. Trinity and Noah were wonderful to work with on the day of our wedding. Immediately after, they had a family emergency, which we were understanding of (of course), but they failed to let us know that until we reached out 10 days after our wedding looking for previews, hoping our photos were not lost. They also did not deliver the day-of Polaroid album in our contract. We then received the timeline of when our full photos and videos would be ready. To make a long story short, they missed their deadlines by over 2 months for photos, 4 months for videos and only provided one update after I reached out to them. We requested a partial refund because the delay of service was so severe, they provided updated due dates for the videos and first and second installments for the refund. They then missed those deadlines too, even though they set them. Our video was contractually 8-10 minutes and they returned one was was 4 mins, which we asked them to redo and they did. The worst part was watching their other clients that got married after us receive photo galleries and videos before us. Their work is amazing, but we had truly the worst experience. We can’t figure out what we did to upset Trinity and Noah or cause these issues…maybe it was because we booked in 2023 at a lower price than they were currently charging…but we truly felt like just another paycheck to them and that they took advantage of our kindness and understanding of their family emergency. I look at the wonderful photos and videos they provided them and don’t even want to post them because I could not recommend them less. While they did eventually get us everything in our contract and give us a partial refund, it took over 6 months and a lot of work on my end, which was devastating.

    Out of all the things I wanted to take my time with for my wedding, it was a photographer. I knew I could plan every amazing detail, but without someone to capture those moments, they would only live in my memory. That’s why I spent so much time researching and that’s how I came across Stills By Trinity. First thing I fell in love with was her work… it felt and looked like ART!!but something timeless where you can feel the emotions and love in every photo. And I thank god she was free on my weekend and we were able to book her! We’ve only received our previews (which by the way came so quickly!!), and my goodness they are my new prized possessions!!! I am absolutely in love with all the photos we got back and I can stare at them and instantly feel all the emotions from my wedding day. And I not only feel that, but our family and friends have told us the same thing. I’m not surprised that I love her work, but one of my favorite parts of the whole experience was Trinity herself and her amazing husband. They brought such a calm and organized energy to the day, and I was so grateful for that. Trinity is incredibly sweet, but she also brings a confident and kind leadership to the wedding day. She took control in the best way, and I even noticed our other vendors following her lead. Huge shoutout to her husband for keeping us updated on the Aggie score throughout the day (whoop!!). Fellow Aggies helping other Aggies. If you had any doubt whatsoever about booking with Trinity, eliminate it immediately and do it!! Your photos are something you will look back on for the rest of your life, and you want to truly love them. I can say with total confidence that you will if you book Stills By Trinity.
