We have built a dream team of highly skilled individuals trained in hospitality, client + vendor relations, and event design. Finding creative solutions is our most prized asset. (We work with hundreds of vendors, there is always a solution!) We offer Day-of Coordination, Partial Planning, and Full Planning. As well as curated packages for Event Design + Florals. Greenhouse Events is a wedding planning company servicing New York City, Hudson Valley, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Poconos Mountains PA.

Would recommend to everyone!
From our first planning session, Angel and her team at Greenhouse Events understood exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. They were quick to respond to every question and totally reliable throughout the entire process. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to lift a finger. Angel and her team handled everything from setting up tables perfectly to capturing behind the scenes moments with polaroids and iPhones. What really impressed us was how they solved problems without us even knowing about it until after everything was already fixed. The peace of mind that comes with hiring Greenhouse Events is absolutely worth it, and we can't thank them enough for making our day so special.

lovely experience
Angel and her team are detail oriented, respectful, and flexible. She thought of all the little things and her team, Justin and June, went above and beyond to fill roles on the day of the ceremony that went way beyond their job descriptions, including picking up a catering order, cutting the cake, and making sure the layout actually looked the way I wanted it to. They radiated humble, genuine energy which put me at ease. I know the day would not have been so smooth without their work making it so.

Amazing!’
Angel is incredible!!! She helped us SO much, I don’t know what we would have done without her. On the day of, she and her assistants June handled multiple difficult situations like absolute pros. Angel has an incredible eye for design and a willingness to make anything happen - I truly felt like if I could dream it, Angel would help me do it. We loved our experience with Greenhouse Events and would recommend them to anyone!!

So good!!!
Angel made our wedding dreams come true. We worked with her for both month-of coordination and our florals, and she did a great job with both. We began working with her a little bit less than a year out, and she was a consistent resource for us the whole time, from vendor recommendations to periodic check-ins. We were rather type-a with our planning, and really liked her google sheet planner and google slides binder as our go-to resources for building out our plans. She played a huge role in mapping out our timeline, and was really helpful with our floor plans as well, since we chose a raw space venue (we built them out in Prismm, a 3D rendering tool, which was sooo cool!). And she set up all our personal items at the venue exactly how we envisioned. She brought a mix of flexibility and stern-ness to her demeanor on the actual day, which is needed for someone with her responsibilities! When it came to florals, she did an amazing job bringing our moodboards to life, setting our expectations, and keeping us updated with what she was able to source in the days leading up to our wedding. And then on the day itself, we were simply BLOWN AWAY with all the bud vases, arrangements, and bouquets she built. They were absolutely gorgeous. I still look at photos of the arrangements every few days and they bring me so much joy.

Greenhouse Events are WONDERFUL
Angel and her team were wonderful. We appreciated them immensely as they helped us navigate the setup and planning and were there day-of to make sure everything went smoothly. They were a delight to work with and extremely helpful. We were extremely happy not to do this alone and couldn't have asked for a better planner.
