Do you only do Weddings?

No, while we love weddings, we also are available for all event types. That means we can help with your engagement party, bachelorette & bachelor, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, welcome party, after wedding brunch and any other event life brings your way (birthdays, corporate events, anniversary dinners - you name it!)

Are you part of a team? Who will we be working with?

Kennedy Rose Events was founded by Kyle & Christine Kennedy. We're a husband and wife team. When necessary, we have additional support staff to help facilitate tasks and setup/breakdown of events, but your main point of communication will always be one of the two of us. Since this our business, we are invested in every aspect of your event going well. We take pride in the Kennedy Rose name and can't wait to help you plan your event!

How much communication should we expect from you?

As each wedding is different, that is a tough one to answer! Some clients prefer being involved in all details while others prefer to sit back and let us take lead. This depends on the service you order and your own individual preferences.

What vendors do you work with?

We have over 400 vendor connections in the greater phoenix area. Throughout the year we maintain relationships by visiting venues, doing styled shoots, hosting an annual Kennedy Rose Vendor Showcase Event and participating in tradeshows and expos. We pride ourselves in utilizing the best vendors for the task and not limiting ourselves to a set group. If you have a vendor you have already set up a contract with or are dying to use, we are happy to work collaboratively with them to ensure event success!

What equipment do you use for content creation?

Content creation is focused on creating behind the scenes, sometimes raw, footage of the day. While we LOVE photography and highly respect wedding photographers, the content we create showcases a different side of weddings. We take photos and videos of the day leading up to the event (setup, getting ready, intimate moments with friends and family, and also guest POV). For this reason, we have found that using Google imaging works best. We can adjust the shooting aesthetic in any vibe you want - just tell us what you are looking for and we will make it happen.

What is the difference between a planner, designer and coordinator.

A designer provides the creative aspect of the wedding - determining colors, textures, decor and setting the mood with ideas to capture the overall vibe. A coordinator comes in ensures all the well-planned and thought-out ideas you've put together are carried out in the way you want them so you can relax day of. A planner does the design, orchestrates the details, and ensures the event goes smoothly.
