Hi, I’m Jeanette – wedding planner, problem-solver, and the calm in your “OMG, what now?!” moments. At I Do Details Weddings & Events, I create a stress-free wedding day bubble so you can be fully present while I handle the chaos. Dress still has a security tag? Groomsman ripped his pants? A missing bouquet? Handled—without you even knowing. From my first wedding (for my best friend) to the jaw-dropping celebrations I plan today, I bring the same passion, creativity, and attention to detail. Let’s make your big day unforgettable!

My couples love the "wedding day bubble" I create—where you get to be fully present while I handle the behind-the-scenes chaos. Security tag still on the dress? A rogue groomsman with ripped pants? If you are looking for a planner to hold your hand (attend all your vendor meetings and visits) this is the package for you.

I help find all your destination wedding vendors and coordinate for all my busy brides.

This plan includes vendor referrals but allows you to have the flexibility of doing it on your own.

I come in about 30 days in and coordinate all the hard work you've done with your vendor team and takes it across the finish line so you don't have to run your wedding from the front of the altar.

    From the very first inquiry, Jeanette was incredibly responsive and attentive. Jeanette took the time to understand exactly what I envisioned for my wedding day and provided vendor recommendations that perfectly matched my Pinterest board. We had monthly meeting to go through and with Jeanette everything was on the track. On the day beforee wedding, Jeanette led our rehearsal seamlessly. And on the wedding day, from getting ready, ensured every details. The ceremony was perfectly done with all I imagined and dinner reception was like a fairytlae. Down to our grand exit, was executed flawlessly. Jeanette truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day exactly as we had dreamed. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I was so grateful to find Jeanette and worked with her to made dreams come true.

Jeanette’s communication was clear and responsive, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding, her organization and attention to detail were evident - she seamlessly worked with the venue to address any last-minute issues, allowing us to fully enjoy our celebration. She set up both of our getting ready rooms with emergency kits and everything we needed and made sure the wedding party and our families had her number so we could just enjoy our day.     I don’t know what we’ve would have done without Jeanette as our Day of Coordinator. My wife and I enjoyed an stress-free day as Jeanette was always one-step ahead.
