My journey into wedding planning started when I began orchestrating my own wedding in 2023. Customizing every detail to make my day uniquely mine sparked a deep love for the process, and I knew then that I wanted to help other couples bring their dream weddings to life. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to making your day as special as your love story, I’m here to guide you through every step of the journey. We had Spellman Weddings as our day-of coordinator, and they truly made sure everything went off without a hitch. They even took care of the decorating, which was a huge help, and the entire day ran incredibly smoothly. One of the biggest weights off my shoulders was how they handled all vendor logistics. Weeks before the wedding, Brianna took over communication with every vendor, confirmed arrival times, and managed all the details so I didn’t have to. It made such a difference, and multiple vendors even commented on how professional and on top of everything she and her team were. We also had multiple planning meetings leading up to the wedding, which is not typical for a day-of coordinator. That was such a huge benefit of working with Brianna, her unlimited communication and willingness to meet made us feel so supported throughout the entire process. She is as accommodating as they come and truly made our day not only magical, but beyond our wildest dreams. Her vision for the décor was absolutely perfect. I gave her the freedom to take some creative liberties, and when I arrived, everything looked even better than I imagined. Her team did a phenomenal job, remained extremely professional & positive, and created such a seamless experience. Nothing went wrong on our wedding day, which feels unheard of. The only exception was a bizarre situation with our photographer (which was out of everyone’s control) and Brianna handled it with so much grace that we were still able to have the most amazing day. I would use them 1,000 times over if I could and will be recommending them to anyone looking for coordination, planning, or anything wedding related. Not only did they blow us away at the wedding, but they definitely became friends. You don’t only get a professional team, but a fun and loving one that truly cares about you and your day. We LOVE you Brianna and Marquelle!

We are so happy that we went with Spellman Weddings for our day of coordination! From the first meeting, we knew that she was the right person for the job. Brianna was so organized and helped us plan all the details and asked some questions that we hadn’t considered. Everything was handled with both professionalism and care so that the wedding day was just seamless and we were able to soak up the day knowing that all the little things were going to be taken care of. The day was magical for so many reasons, and Brianna was a huge part in making that happen! We cannot recommend her highly enough!

WOW!!!! What can I even say? Brianna was born to do this. From the second she was added to my team, I knew she would be an undeniable asset. From our planning meetings, to vendor coordination, to helping me navigate my venue coordinator quitting 6 weeks before my big day, she handled it ALL with relatability and grace. Her pricing was more than reasonable, and her responsiveness was unmatched. Hiring her was one of the single best decisions I made in my wedding planning process. I knew I would have the smoothest day because she was on my side! EVERY bride and/or groom needs her!!!

Yes, absolutely! In addition to weddings, I also help plan a variety of other events like bridal showers, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, and more. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, I’d love to help make it special.

Great question! I personally lead the planning and coordination for all events, so you'll be working directly with me throughout the process. For packages that include an additional wedding assistant, you'll also have the support of another experienced team member on the big day. My assistants are knowledgeable, professional, and trained to handle all the important details—so everything runs smoothly and you can stay fully present and stress-free. We work closely together to ensure every aspect of your event is seamless and well-supported.

We only take on one wedding per day to ensure each couple receives our full attention and dedication. This allows us to be fully present and focused on every detail of your celebration. While we do sometimes have multiple weddings in a weekend, we never overlap events on the same day, so you can feel confident knowing your day is our top priority.

The amount of time we spend together really depends on the level of service you choose and where you are in your planning journey. For full-service planning, we’ll have regular meetings, venue visits, and ongoing communication throughout the entire process—usually several hours each month leading up to the big day. For partial planning or coordination packages, our time together will be more focused around key milestones and the final weeks before the wedding. No matter the package, I make sure you feel supported, informed, and never overwhelmed.
