Description	From vendor sourcing to collecting those last-minute RSVPs, with our full-service planning package we are with you every step of the way. With our phase-based planning process, we help keep you on track by creating weekly tasks and providing helpful insights. Combining that with our pro tips and industry knowledge, getting to "I do" will be a breeze!	Our partial planning service is for couples who want to check the bigger items off of the planning list themselves but may need some assistance with crossing off the smaller details as the day gets closer. Partial planning can be customized to fit the couple's needs. This package typically starts six months before the wedding day!	Our wedding coordination package is perfect for couples who would like to do the majority of the planning themselves, but need someone to tie all of the pieces together and create an organized and seamless day. This package starts 60 days before the wedding day!

I cannot recommend Kristen Caputo enough for wedding planning!! We booked her Wedding Coordination package, and she made the last two months of wedding planning and the day of an absolute breeze. The resources and expertise she provides are unmatched, she was perfectly organized and kind, kept on top of everything, and took the stress out of wedding planning. As my husband and I were talking about our wedding and having conversations with my family and friends, I am fully convinced it would not have been as perfect as it was without Kristen and her team!! Here are just a few examples of how she went above and beyond when she started helping us with wedding planning and on the day of: When she started helping us, she reached out to every single one of our wedding vendors to see what tasks we had left. Kristen kept an updated to do list of all the remaining tasks we had vendor-wise, and checked in to see if we needed help. It kept us on top of things as we were heading into the busiest part of wedding planning! She was completely prepared at every meeting we had, both in our planning sessions and with meetings with vendors. She provided such amazing documentation that answered every question I had about wedding planning, and truly put my mind at ease about the big day. We had a last minute update to how we were transporting our rentals at the end of the night. I underestimated just how much we were going to have to pack up and take home at the end of the night rentals-wise and wanted to see if the rental company could pick them up from the venue the next day. I sent Kristen an email asking her opinion, and she completely handled the communication with both our venue and the rental company to resolve the issue. It took such a weight off of my husband and I!! I was so stressed over this, and within two days, she took care of it! We had some of our wedding florals at our rehearsal dinner and were wondering how/when we should transport them from our rehearsal dinner venue to the wedding venue. When talking with our florist, Kristen offered to pick them up the morning of the wedding from the rehearsal dinner venue and taking them to our wedding venue. Just another example of how she went above and beyond to take the stress off of my husband, family, and I!! After the wedding, I found out that Kristen fixed one of my wedding guest's dresses after it tore before the wedding ceremony. Not only did she help resolve all of my worries and questions, she also helped make sure our guests had an amazing experience and were able to enjoy the wedding day activities!! The best decision I made when wedding planning was having Kristen as my coordinator. Her and her team were incredibly professional, efficient, dedicated, and truly made wedding planning and our big day perfect. There were so many instances where she went above and beyond to help us!! Her advice is unmatched, she is truly a joy, and I am so so thankful for all the hard work she put into making our day perfect. Thank you Kristen!!!

Kristen and her team were so helpful from the beginning. They took care of so much for us and our wedding! Kristen is incredible at her job, and was consistently making me feel like a weight was being lifted off of my shoulders. She was so encouraging and laid everything out in front of me to make sure I had everything covered.

I had the pleasure of working with Kristen and her team recently and they were absolutely amazing during our wedding process! Kristen was professional, fun, detailed, and you can really tell she is experienced and loves what she does. She diligently communicated and collaborated with us and all the other vendors. Kristen provided great ideas, assisted with finding vendors, helped me navigate through my decision process, and even helped with the decor set up and breakdown. Every time we talked she made me feel less stressed about the planning process and I didn't worry about a thing on the wedding day. She was truly instrumental in bringing my vision to life and I am so grateful she was our wedding planner and coordinator! Our wedding went so smoothly, even my family and friends raved about how great she was! I would 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner/coordinator, I guarantee you will have a great experience!
