    Cancelled on us

    Unfortunately my fiancé is left heartbroken due to the sudden cancellation and now we have to figure something out before our wedding day and although all refunds were made it doesn’t justify an unexplained cancellation. We are very disappointed

I also sent a full and immediate refund of payments made, along with over eight months notice prior to your wedding date to allow ample time to secure a new coordinator. My intention was always to handle this situation with the highest level of professionalism, transparency, and care for your planning process. While I regret that I was unable to continue services, I took every step possible to minimize disruption and support you during the transition.     BEST COORDINATOR EVERRRR

    April was nothing short of amazing! She went above and beyond and we are so grateful for everything she did! From creating the timeline, decorating our venue, managing the bridal party and our guests, and making sure we always had everything we needed, she never missed a beat!     Parents of the Bride perspective
