Hi! My name is MiMi and I am the founder and lead event planner for MariBelle Events Ltd. Over the past decade I have had the the unique opportunity to assist with over 350 weddings and special events from the tops of the Rocky Mountains, to the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Coast. I am passionate about hosting events and I look forward to seeing the love and passion each couple or client bring to their special occasion. I am here to ensure you have a great event and an enjoyable planning process. Sit back, relax and let's plan the best party ever.

I believe my background in event management and my passion for event planning set me apart from the rest. I have assisted in over 250 weddings not just as a wedding planner but also as a caterer, bartending, florist and when it is necessary MC. I bring my all to each wedding day and learn something new at every one.

MariBelle Events was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of our wedding. I could go on and on! Mimi is the best. She went above and beyond to make sure our special day was as perfect as can be, and it was just that and more! She definitely put a lot of stress off of us and made the process so much easier. I will be your primary point of contact during the entire planning phase. On your wedding day, I will be present for the hours we've arranged to ensure everything runs smoothly. We will coordinate any additional staff required for setup or teardown to guarantee a seamless and efficient process.

Initial Timeline Meeting: This one-hour meeting is scheduled right after you book with us. Planning Meeting: The next step is a comprehensive planning session that can last up to two hours. During this meeting, we'll dive into the details of your vision. Venue Walkthrough: We'll then schedule a walkthrough of your venue, which typically takes between one and two hours. This is where we'll finalize logistics and visualize the event flow. Rehearsal: The rehearsal is a crucial, one-hour session to ensure everyone is prepared for the big day. Wedding Day: Your wedding day coverage is typically ten hours.

To ensure our clients receive the highest level of service, we only take on one wedding per weekend. This commitment guarantees that our team is fully dedicated to you and your wedding, from the final preparations to the last moments of your celebration.

Yes, our services extend beyond the wedding day itself. We are equipped to plan and execute any event associated with your wedding—or entirely separate from it. We particularly enjoy organizing rehearsal dinners, as they provide a beautiful, intimate setting for families to connect and celebrate before the main event.
