* Vendor recommendations, negotiations and bookings * Contract review * Vendor management * Creation and execution of a design scheme * Assistance in finding wedding favors & accessories * Marriage License * General advice and consultation * Unlimited meetings and coordination time * Attendance at vendor meetings * Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding * Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

* Unlimited time on-site with your coordinator and allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details * Directing the ceremony processional * Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception * Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc. * Acting as the point of contact for all vendors * Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed

    Danielle took care of everything for us. She helped us no matter what bumps we ran into. On the big day she handled set up and cleanup. She also made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be. Our wedding went off flawlessly thanks to her.

    She did and gave everything i asked i was so happy , even when things was last min (on my part) she helped and did whatever she could to help . She went out her way sometimes and that meant so much to me . When i called to vent and cry lol she listened to me . I was a soon to be bride with a lot goin she was there . On my wedding day she MADE SURE i was good she checked on me the entire day even after we said i do . She was amazing….. Thank you so much Danielle .

    We hired Danielle to be our day of coordinator. Usually there are challenges with being in different states, but this experience was seamless. We had our first call about 6 months before our wedding. Another call we had with her closer to the wedding, we shared with her we were struggling to find bus transportation for our bridal party (we waited last minute) and she did her own research and came back with a couple vendors she recommended. One of the vendors she recommended we used. Additionally, Danielle came the day before to help set up our reception and stayed for rehearsal. We had a hiccup with our rentals and Danielle took it upon herself to take care of the situation so we could move forward with other things we had to get done before rehearsal. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and she executed everything well. Also, she was direct when necessary to keep our wild wedding party in line. My husband and I highly recommend her!
