Description	For the couple who wants an expert to plan and manage their entire wedding from start to finish. I take wedding planning off your shoulders but never out of your hands. This is an all-inclusive package covering every aspect of your wedding day including ceremony rehearsal and day of event on-site coordination.	For the couple who has done some planning and wants a professional to come in and take care of certain aspects. This package is individual depending on your needs, and includes most common services like final vendor selection and wedding design. It includes ceremony rehearsal and 12-hour onsite wedding day coordination.	For the couple who wants to manage all planning on their own and have an expert make sure all loose ends are secured and ensure flawless execution of the big day. This package includes 4 weeks of reviewing every planned aspect, ceremony rehearsal and 12-hour onsite wedding day coordination.

I will start by saying this: working with Sasha was my favorite part of planning our wedding! Seriously, we could not have done it without her. We live outside Washington, DC and having local expertise and recommendations in OBX was the main reason we chose to work with a wedding planner. Sasha was an easy choice for us from the start because of her energy and passion you can see on her website and Instagram, and she provided that wedding planning expertise and SO much more! She made wedding planning FUN - and I never thought I’d be that bride. I am so thankful for all the time, energy, thought, and so much care that Sasha poured into us throughout our wedding planning process. She was an incredibly valuable source of knowledge and experience when it came to logistics and vendors, someone to vent with and bounce ideas off of, and also a friend! We shared many laughs and jokes throughout our 12 months of working together which was so fun. In addition to the logistics and vendors, I also relied on Sasha for a lot of the aesthetic and decorative elements, and she totally delivered! Her attention to detail, eye for style, and artistic touch was absolutely stunning and brought all the little details together into the most perfect and beautiful wedding day. When our wedding day finally arrived, I was SO excited to see her! I literally did not stress once on my wedding day and I 100% have Sasha to thank for that. She took care of EVERY little detail with a smile, and also calmed my nerves anytime I needed it. Sasha quite literally brought our dream wedding to life and I enjoyed every second of working with her! If you are getting married in the Outer Banks, I highly recommend that you reach out to Sasha. I promise you, she will take such great care of you and your wedding day!

Sasha Voronova and the Smooth Sailing Team is by far the best decision we made for our wedding this past October (Co-Planning Package). From the professional consultation to the post-wedding lunch date (where we got to gush over everything all over again, including videos and pictures Sasha took of our wedding day!), Sasha was warm, fun, and so incredibly helpful! She put us at ease and made planning this big event not only fun, but what felt like a breeze. She had spreadsheets galore to support every phase of planning, making it very approachable to review vendors, track expenses, and explore resources and websites for anything we needed or were interested in researching on our own. Using her co-planning package, we were routinely impressed with Sasha's professional preparedness blended with her creativity to shape our vision for our wedding, without pushing her own agenda. As is common for throwing a wedding during hurricane season, we needed to go with our "indoor plan" due to the weather. Even though we had picked a venue that had an easy and spacious option for an indoor plan (Jennette's Pier), it was not what any of us wanted. However, Sasha met with us a few days before the wedding and had come up with the most magical plan that included flipping the room from a traditional ceremony set-up to the reception area (which she pulled off in 12 minutes!). She did this all without sacrificing the beauty we envisioned for both parts of our wedding or without disrupting the flow of cocktail hour or our guests experience. Looking back we are still in such awe of her vision, direction, and calm presence to make it all happen. Outside of the stress that comes with "how do we stay dry in this?!" we never felt a moment of stress or anxiety as we moved through the day. She had even planned a special-surprise for us as we arrived at the venue based on something she learned about us in getting to know us. Sasha is a DELIGHT to work with and you would be lucky to have her as your planner. We are lucky to get to call her our friend now.
