Guided by deep reverence for the art of gathering, I believe in the power of events to meaningfully punctuate our lives. My role is to translate your story into atmosphere and to design experiences that are grounded in purpose, authenticity, and joy.

    My wife and I, both very type A, planned a two-part microwedding with a very specific creative vision. We were reluctant to cede control of the details and bring in an outside coordinator to bring the weekend to life, but hiring and collaborating with MaryLouise was without a doubt the best investment we could have made and resulted in the wedding of our dreams. She seamlessly integrated herself into every part of the process, liaising and troubleshooting with both our vendors and with the family members and friends who were part of the wedding. Extraordinarily confident and capable, she gave us the much-needed reassurance to soak in the day without worrying about the details. By the end of the weekend, it was clear to us and to our guests that our vision was executed to a tee - and that it would not have been possible without MaryLouise's expert support. Any bride(s) to be would be lucky to have her on their team!

    Working with MaryLouise was more than I could have ever asked for from a coordinator. My wife and I were very anxious about having to relinquish control of everything, but wanted to be out of planning mode and in celebration mode the second everything started. MaryLouise showed up to our rehearsal with a clipboard and a detailed list and we knew we were in good hands. Our wedding had multiple components over a two day (and a half, counting the rehearsal) period. MaryLouise was there before us every time and had every detail accounted for - she liaised with all of our vendors, coordinated the setup of everything from place cards to tripods to decorations; she even brought a bowl from her own apartment when we realized we needed an extra one. Our wedding weekend was so magical, and we absolutely could not have done it without MaryLouise. I am so, SO grateful and wholeheartedly recommend working with her.

    I used Sparrows Daughter to coordinate and plan the entirety of my bachelorette weekend - this was 17 girls flying from across the country to Palm Beach and it went off perfectly!! MaryLouise was hands on the whole weekend but started working on the events month before. Flights were coordinated, arrival times synced, a full weekend of activities scheduled. MaryLouise worked with multiple vendors, including boat rentals, yoga studios, local busses and restaurants and the weekend went off without a hitch. She also worked with a local designers to create perfect welcome workout sets that everyone loved, and negotiated a great group rate. She was extremely accommodating and I feel like really listened and understood the ethos of what I wanted the weekend to be. I willllll be using her again for my next birthday!!!
