We stand by your side from the very beginning of the planning process: presenting you with vendors and venues to meet your needs. Our highly experienced team manages every tiny detail throughout the entire process, up to and including compiling meticulous timelines and coordinating with the entire event team. We ensure that every aspect is seamlessly orchestrated to make your event not just memorable but truly extraordinary.

We can help you build your event from scratch or work with what you’ve already chosen to fill in the missing links. What if all vendors are chosen, and then your photographer backs out at the last minute? We can step in and assist with anything – from venue searches to finalizing budgets to developing timelines. After your vendors are secured, Stillwell Events will be there to oversee their seamless integration.

You’ve worked hard planning every tiny detail, but it’s extremely important that you relinquish those to a trusted, experienced event professional so that you can actually be a guest at your own wedding.
