Whether you need support pulling everything together in the final weeks or guidance along the way, I’m here to make planning feel more manageable and your wedding day feel effortless.

I take the time to learn your priorities, your story, and the little details that make your relationship unique, then build a thoughtful plan around that. Working with The Heartfelt Co. was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their communication was always efficient, dependable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was truly above and beyond. Our wedding planner, Addie was instrumental in decreasing my stress levels leading up to the big day. She was a wonderful soundboard for all of my ideas and provided creative suggestions on how we could bring them to life. Some planners may use the terms interchangeably, but I personally do not offer true day-of coordination. My Month-of Coordination package begins about 6 weeks before your wedding so I have the time to fully understand your vision, finalize details, and communicate with your vendor team. This allows me to show up on your wedding day prepared and fully invested in executing everything smoothly.

Yes! Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

Absolutely! Intimate weddings, elopements, backyard weddings, and larger traditional weddings are all welcome.

Yes! I love helping couples bring creative ideas to life and can assist with sourcing, building, or assembling DIY elements.

Partial Planning includes earlier involvement (around 6 months out) with vendor guidance, planning checklists, design input, and ongoing support — plus full Month-of Coordination.
