About this venue

Acre 17 is where modern day event space meets nostalgic venue. Rolling hills, mature oak trees, ponds, walking bridge, creeks, all make for a beautiful setting for your big day! Couple that with the 14,000 square foot venue, with Grand Acre Ballroom, two 40 ft. bars, getting ready suites & outdoor social area -- all on 17 expansive acres! We are remodeling the space now and will be ready to host wedding late Summer 2026.

I am beyond grateful to Janet for making our special day absolutely amazing. She treated us like family from the very beginning. From the moment we started the planning process to the very last minute of our reception, everything felt seamless. I truly didn’t want it to end. I genuinely looked forward to our planning meetings. Acre 17 will provide all alcohol for your celebration.

Yes, we offer on-site parking.

Set up & tear down of tables, chairs, linens on round tables, venue coordinator, use of luxury golf cart (weather permitting) for photo ops on our 17 gorgeous acres, 2 bars with service provided.

Your day at Acre 17 is a 13-hour block. From 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM you will have use of the venue. Ceremony/Reception is to run no longer than 6 hours.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including reservation deposits, are non-refundable.

January, February, March, April, and December - Although every season is beautiful at Acre 17.
