Black Swan Venue was an amazing space for our Bridal Shower! A pristine blank canvas if you choose to diy. Plenty of space, yet definitely has an intimate feel. The owner is very responsive, allows tours, and communicates well with questions. Pricing is very reasonable with multiple layers of choices and packages. Yes, and we can provide your bartender.

Yes, there are three dedicated spaces directly behind the venue with load-in load-out ability. These spaces are long enough to be able to double parked up to 6 regular sized vehicles. Nights and weekends all parking downtown is available and free. There is also a free golf cart service called Squeeze that runs on call or every ten minutes with stops to our corner at Pine and Tennessee. We also offer valet parking as an option.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Exclusive use of the space, tables, chairs and kitchenette with warming cabinets, refrigerator and work table.

Our booking rates are $108.8 per hour.

Booking fees for our facilities, retainers (booking security deposits and all payments received in the payment plan, including deposits, are non-refundable. However once you cancel, all future payments not collected in the payment plan will be stopped. There are reschedule options for DIY clients as well. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booking, special consideration is at the sole discretion of the venue. All-Inclusive packages are different and not applicable to this refund policy.

Our building is located 6.6 miles, about a 15 minute drive away from The Lakeland Linder International Airport in Lakeland, Florida, 40 miles 50 minute drive from Tampa International Airport and 55.5, about an hour's drive from Orlando International Airport. You can reach our venue by public transportation via Amtrak train station, private car, Uber or Lyft or taxi.

No, our venue is fully insured. However, we always advise you to cover yourself when providing any alcohol at your event. We recommend www.eventsured.com for additional event and liquor liability day of insurance.

Due to our public event offerings, we are constantly staying booked year-round, and therefore, don't really have a peak, as every season brings opportunities for an occasion to celebrate or something to do.
