About this venue
The Garden Ballroom located in the Olde Towne Square in Downtown Winter Haven is a rare find. Once you enter the building, you will be amazed at the setting. Built in 1926, this arcade style structure takes you back to a small town, train station vibe that photographs so beautifully. Classic or non traditional can fit here at The Garden Ballroom with our customized packages.

Forever thankful for the garden ballroom!!
Lorraine and Alfredo at the Garden Ballroom are absolute miracle workers! Our wedding was flawless, professional, and most importantly stress-free. They are so attentive and responsive that we felt taken care of every step of the way. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the 'all-inclusive' aspect really allowed us to focus on our guests and each other. We’ve received endless compliments from our family and friends about how wonderful the service was. They really are the best in the business! Lorraine and Alfredo, we are forever thankful for making my wedding day the best day of my life and my vision come to life!!

Fun and Gorgous wedding
The Garden Ballroom was a fantastic choice for our wedding venue. Their communication was pretty good, with a couple of minor issues getting in touch at times, but overall they were very responsive and helpful. The quality of their work and the value they provided was incredible - the space was absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. They went above and beyond in a few ways, like serving Cuban coffee (which was perfect since I married into a Cuban family) and even making sure my mom, who wasn't originally planned to walk down the aisle, was able to do so last minute. The staff was great and made sure our whole day ran smoothly. We loved our experience at The Garden Ballroom and would recommend them 10 out of 10. I'm especially grateful they made sure to include my mom, as she sadly passed away just 4 months later.
Amazing
The Garden Ballroom was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first met with Lorraine and Alfredo, we were impressed by their communicative, detailed, and honest approach. They took the time to understand our vision and worked tirelessly to bring it to life. The ballroom itself was beautiful, intimate, and incredibly comfortable for our guests. Lorraine and Alfredo made sure every detail was taken care of, from the gorgeous decor to ensuring we had everything we needed, even running to our suite to get my shoes! They truly made our special day perfect. Our guests were delighted with the whole night - it was the best night ever. We are so grateful to Lorraine and Alfredo for being an amazing team and making our dream wedding a reality.
