At Poway Equestrian Center, we’ve chosen a different approach. Our weddings are intentionally designed as multi-day, hosted ranch experiences. This means you’re not rushing from moment to moment. Instead, you’re given the time and space to settle in, connect with your guests, and fully enjoy each part of your celebration. Whether it’s a relaxed welcome gathering, a quiet morning getting ready, or a farewell brunch the next day, every moment feels more intentional when it isn’t compressed. We believe your wedding should feel like something you lived, not something that flew by.

The Pointe

A scenic, intimate hilltop setting with unforgettable views.

The Pointe is our signature hilltop space, offering a breathtaking backdrop for ceremonies, receptions, or intimate gatherings. With capacity for up to 150 guests, this outdoor venue includes access to a yurt Bridal Suite, parking, restroom facilities, rustic trailer guest transport, and a dedicated Event Manager who can serve as your Day-Of Coordinator. Guests enjoy 5 hours of event time plus 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown, along with $500 in built-in coordination and support.

The Arena

A wide-open horse arena with panoramic views, perfect for grand celebrations.

The Arena is our largest event space, perfect for weddings, dinners, and performances with seating for up to 175 guests. This open-air horse arena offers panoramic views and the charm of a working ranch. Rental includes the rustic yurt Bridal Suite, valet parking, restrooms, rustic trailer transport, security, and an Event Manager. Bookings include 5 event hours plus 2 for setup and 1 for breakdown, with $700 in coordination support.

The Ranch House at Poway Equestrian Center A private on-site ranch home designed for your wedding weekend. Comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests, it offers a relaxed and convenient space for getting ready, unwinding, and staying fully immersed in the celebration. Perfect for the couple and their inner circle, this home creates a seamless, destination-style experience without ever leaving the property. Included with all hosted ranch wedding packages.

    Such a calm serene venue

    We hosted my daughter’s birthday at Poway Equestrian Center, and it was absolutely perfect. The setting is peaceful and secluded — you can hear nothing but the birds and the soft sounds of the horses. The atmosphere felt so calming and intentional, creating a space where everyone could slow down and be present. It was a beautiful place to celebrate something meaningful, surrounded by nature and quiet charm.
