“With every wedding vendor, there’s always at least two periods of interactions that you want to make sure goes smoothly: the pre wedding planning and the day of the wedding. With videography vendors, there’s the added post-wedding communication/production that you want to make sure goes well too. We’re happy to report that Ryan Films did an excellent job on all fronts for our wedding. During the planning portion of our wedding, Ryan was very accommodating and would always try to respond to our questions as quickly and thoroughly as he can via email or text. Having a responsive vendor is essential when you pick who to include in your wedding team because planning weddings, while fun, is stressful and you don’t want the added stress of having to wait a whole week before hearing back on something or worse, being ignored altogether. Ryan was always very patient and sincere when answering questions, and I had many! He made sure to address all my concerns and would never express any hint of annoyance from my constant stream of questions. On our wedding day, Ryan Films was one of our favorite vendors to work with. Right as he arrived, he brought a ton of positive energy and enthusiasm. He acts like your personal cheerleader to help you feel confident and comfortable as you’re being filmed. Lastly, when we finally received our wedding video (which did take awhile, about 15 weeks or so), we were very happy with the result. The music and clips he chose to put together really highlighted the best parts of the wedding. There were a couple small areas that I wanted to have edited and he responded within days to make those edits and was again, very accommodating. All in all, I really recommend Ryan Films for your wedding videographer if you want someone who’s responsive, who brings a lot of excitement and enthusiasm, and who is committed to your satisfaction in producing a video that you’ll love.”
