The building, the amenities and the food…important? I guess… but not as important as the person who is going to help you keep the event on the rails, be in your corner the whole time and do everything she can to make your day the best it can be. My husband and I had the most amazing experience working with Jamie. We only had a 3 month engagement, so it was crunch time pretty much the entire time we were planning. We hired Jamie 2 months prior to the wedding, and she made everything so stress free. Anything we asked of her, she was more than happy to do, and if she didn’t have the answer right away, she would find out and get back to us in a very timely manner. I did all the decorating myself, and Jamie had some great ideas to help me execute my day. While she kept things professional, she also felt like a friend. Her kind spirit and go getter attitude was so great to have on the day of our wedding. She handled EVERYTHING the day of the wedding and everything ran so smoothly. Everything that needed to be done the day of was in the perfect spot just where I asked her to put things, and she ran the event flawlessly. She was in contact with all my vendors and she worked out all the details with them so I wouldn’t have to which was the biggest help. My husband and I did not know what to expect going into planning, but Jamie and her team exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for someone to help you plan your wedding, I would say stop looking you have found your girl. Jamie’s assistant was also amazing and just as pleasant. I highly recommend working with Jamie and her team, and I would 100% hire her again for another event. Best experience

I'm obsessed with Charlene! She was a dream to work with. She brought such professionalism to our hectic event. We were planning a wedding at a personal property, meaning we had to supply every single vendor and she handled everything amazingly. She wrangled the vendors prior to the day of and she helped me keep my cool during the stress of the morning. You can tell she's a pro at this! There were times I felt a little underwater in terms of managing an event I had no experience with, and her demeanor was so calming and she handled any last minute things. She also helped with some post-wedding issues even though she could have wiped her hands and been done with the event day of. I've already told multiple people in her area to book her immediately.

My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

First off, if you are debating hiring a coordinator or planner look no further. Cassie is THE best!! We hired Cassie just a few months before our big day after having some communication issues with our venues coordinators, and from the moment she joined, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She truly made our wedding stress-free and magical, handling every detail with incredible care. Cassie attended our final details meeting the day before the wedding, and our entire wedding party was blown away by her professionalism and calm demeanor. She guided the rehearsal effortlessly, making sure we were all on the same page, which made the big day run smoothly. On the wedding day, Cassie handled everything seamlessly. She helped with the little things, like holding my flowers and managing my dress during our first look. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up our entire tent before the wedding, and even took care of the breakdown so we could just pick everything up the next day. We had some communication issues with our venue leading up to the wedding, but Cassie stepped in and resolved all of the details without us having to worry about a thing. If anything went wrong on the day of, we had no idea—she handled it all behind the scenes, she was so so awesome! Knowing she had it all under control gave us the peace of mind to fully enjoy our day. What truly touched us were the thoughtful extras. Cassie took photos and videos on her phone throughout the day, capturing moments and details we didn’t even think to ask for. Lauren far exceeded our expectations of a wedding coordinator and we could not be happier with our experience with her. As a fairly organized couple, we were not sure how much help we would need from a day-of coordinator, but working with Lauren for the month leading up to our wedding was the best wedding expense we paid for. Lauren fully took over all of our vendor relationships and communications and helped us organize every last detail leading up to the big day. Lauren was so easy to work with, super responsive, knew exactly which questions to ask, and exuded confidence in a very pleasant way. It was so nice waking up on our wedding day fully trusting that Lauren would be there to handle everything that the day entailed. The day ran flawlessly and we attribute its perfection to Lauren!

Having Steph & Mali coordinate my wedding allowed me to be present in every way possible. I can tell you every song that played and every single song I missed at my wedding. If I missed a song, it was because it was time to cut the cake or do the garter toss. In fact, the morning of my wedding, I was laying on the couch with my bridesmaids and a facemask until 10am. How many brides can say that? We hired Steph because I knew I couldn't do it all myself (wrangling together our Mexican and American families). She went out of her way to recommend our DJ and cake and absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark. She toured our venue and befriended all of the staff which made vendor coordination meetings go smooth. Although our venue came with a coordinator, I felt that I needed someone who knew what I wanted and would voice that to others. Steph was that mind reader. Steph and Mali are your people from the moment you wake up on your wedding day. We asked them to help with set up, timeline, and break down. I have no idea how they managed to set up our venue up to pure perfection and also make sure either Mali or Steph was with the bride/ groom at all times. At one point, Mali noticed we were struggling with our dog and offered to hold her leash while we finished up with family portraits. I can't tell you if anything went wrong because Steph just handled it. Day of, I was asked about 4 questions and if any changes needed to be made, Steph made sure I approved them, even if my mom said it was okay hahah. Steph is always prepared for worst case scenario. She helped me out with providing like 20 batteries for these inflatable sharks I was using on the dance floor. Which without the inflatable "Bad Bunny" sharks, my dance floor would not have been as awesome. She also offered me some liquid IV for when my legs started to cramp up from all the dancing I was doing. Day of coordinator is not enough of a title for what Steph does. She's so much more and I'll never be able to thank her enough.

My husband and I worked with Britny from Beautiful & Timeless Events for our wedding in September 2022, and we can't recommend her services enough! Britny helped us with our overall wedding plan, budgeting, vendor selection and management, and decor. She supported us through every step of the planning process and was even with us on our special day as our Day of Coordinator. We had a vision of what our big day would look like, but early on in the process we realized we were having trouble bringing that vision to life. Britny was able to help us create a plan from our vision and helped us execute that plan, all while staying within our budget. One thing I really appreciated about Britny is that through our early conversations, she was able to figure out what aspects of our day were most important to us. From there, she showed us what parts of our budget were worth spending money on and where we could cut our budget back. When it came to Day of Coordination and scheduling, we relied heavily on Britny's services. She knew how important it was to us to relax and enjoy our special day, and that we wanted as much time on the dance floor with our guests as possible. Not only did Britny make our entire Day of Schedule, she managed our vendors and bridal party day of, and miraculously kept us ahead of schedule which meant more time on the dance floor for us. Events by Chrissie Sue was amazing! Hiring Chrissie Sue Coutu, owner of Events by Chrissie Sue, to help me plan my only daughter’s wedding was the best decision I made. Chrissie Sue was a joy to work with over the past year. Her energy, professionalism, creativity and incredible fountain of knowledge were invaluable to my daughter and me. We shared our vision with Chrissie Sue at our first meeting and she ran with it. When we got crazy, she was there to help calm us down and we all had lots of laughs throughout the year! I would also like to comment that Chrissie Sue was a pro at staying within our budget and showing us how to spend our money wisely. Chrissie Sue was incredibly helpful with choosing vendors and securing contracts. For example, Chrissie Sue assisted us with florist recommendations and then she and the florist, Petal & Wren, compiled a Look Book for us to review and have a super productive zoom meeting to nail down the details. My daughter lives in NYC so holding zoom sessions was important and Chrissie Sue always showed up with a detailed agenda and answers to our endless questions. Chrissie Sue was creative with all the table designs for the rehearsal dinner, the welcome party, and the reception at the Boston Harbor Hotel. She also worked incredibly well with Amanda, the event planner at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Chrissie Sue secured contracts for all of our transportation needs (buses, trolley, Rolls Royce) and assisted with the band contract. I could go on endlessly with all that Chrissie Sue did for us but you can see how helpful she truly was to an involved planning process. On the actual weekend, Chrissie Sue was on site for all the events. She supervised all of the vendors and there were NO hiccups at all. Chrissie Sue was truly invaluable to us that weekend – we never dealt with a single issue. Chrissie Sue is a leader and that was exactly what we needed to direct the endless vendors for that weekend, ranging from the band to the florist to the photo booth, etc. She also had an incredibly detailed timeline so the weekend would flow smoothly. Finally, I will say that when she opened the doors to the ballroom for my daughter and me to see our vision finally implemented, it was incredible. Chrissie Sue brought to life my daughter’s dream wedding and for that, I will be forever grateful. Hire this woman NOW!!!
