I'll never forget how delighted my daughter was when she had a first look at the floral arrangements and tables for her wedding reception that Michelle Borrero with Precious Moments Events and her team had designed. Every detail was perfect! The roses lining the aisle on the lawn when the bride walked in were gorgeous as well. The prettiest roses I ever saw! I had been worried about the availability of flowers for a January wedding yet Michelle found large, white roses and blue hydrangea. I'm so glad we had Michelle arranging the wedding for us! She gave me some advice that saved us some money. She was always there for us when we had a question. On the wedding day, she kept everything so organized that I wasn't nervous at all. Everything went smoothly! We received many, many compliments from wedding guests!

Brittany was an awesome day-of coordinator! If we had to go back and do it again, Brittany would be one of the first people we would call. She brought a much needed calm, conscientious, and confident presence to give us the perfect day. She was around every step of the way to understand the big-picture and minute-by-minute logistics. She helped us create our timeline, wrangle and align all the vendors, and stayed in close contact with everybody to keep the event going the exact way we imagined. When small issues would emerge, she handled them with ease and speed. When we ran behind schedule, she was reassuring and did a great job helping us prioritize what we needed to do. She was also incredibly hospitable and thoughtful – she even brought us a plate of appetizers since we were doing photos during our cocktail hour! I booked full service planning about 12 months in advance (I knew from research, reviews and their past weddings as pictured on their social media they were the best and they were my first vendor booked!)--it was definitely the best decision we made for our wedding weekend. They were not only professional and detail oriented but they really went above and beyond to make even the smallest details I had wanted for my wedding come to life. They also helped to put together such a wonderful combination of vendors that literally produced the most beautiful wedding many of my guests had ever seen! Kacie was also a dream being one step ahead of me for the execution portion of the day. Everything was seamless-- when people ask me how the wedding day was they are shocked to hear that everything went perfectly to the timeline without ANY issues! Kate was a great asset to our wedding! We hired Kate for full planning and she was able to help us with budget, communicating with vendors, day of coordination, putting out or personal decor, and more! We had a large event with a fusion Indian-American wedding. We had an Indian ceremony, lunch, American ceremony, and reception all within the same day. I can’t imagine my wedding without her. It was great to have her help plan throughout our whole engagement and creating timelines, contacting vendors, and dealing with many details up until and through the day of. She was able to pivot quickly as needed like us having to move one ceremony from outdoors to indoors at the last moment. She was able to work under pressure and handled a lot of details and situations throughout the day that me, my husband, and our families didn’t need to handle ourselves. I can’t imagine only having the venue coordinator and not having Kate as our personal coordinator as well. If you are considering hiring a coordinator I would highly recommend Kate!

The Crafts & Cocktails Co. was born back in 2019 when I hosted a crafting party with a cocktail demonstration for a group of friends, and was peer pressured into starting this fun little side business! I hold a degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida, and after 10 years of corporate event planning a good friend reached out in 2021 asking for help with her wedding. We sat down to organize her files and tie loose ends and the sense of relief she felt at the end of our coffee date was everything to me! Ever since then, it's been wedding bliss!

We got married at Mill Pond Estate last month (March 2026), with our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Hotel Haya. I feel like the only two absolute necessities for your wedding weekend are the person you’re in love with and Wilder Mind Events. I cannot imagine planning and having a wedding without them. When we first got engaged, I was extremely intimidated at the idea of planning a wedding for 120-150 people and had no idea how to make it all come together. There are so many moving parts and options, and you just want everything to be perfect, it’s very overwhelming. For a stressy girl like myself, I needed a team I could trust completely, and that is what I got. Demi was a godsend for keeping us on track with booking vendors and putting things on our radar that we didn’t even know we needed. The day of the wedding she was like a fairy god mother getting me anything I needed and making sure the timeline stayed perfectly on track. Delaney is an absolute pro at bringing a cohesive look together across the whole venue. It’s like she reaches into your brain and pulls out a vision you want but can’t properly describe with words, then brings it to life on your special day. Everything turned out even more beautiful in real life than I was imagining it. We took every recommendation they provided for vendors, and ended up being SO happy with every single one. It felt like they all were part of a single company how seamlessly they all worked together. I couldn’t believe how many people came up to me towards the end of the night or the next day and told me that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Like, when one person says that you think they’re being nice or maybe they haven’t been to a lot of weddings but SO many people told us that. I was like wait… did we just throw the best wedding ever?? WME crafted the most beautiful, fun, organized, well-planned day for us and our guests. 11/10 recommend if you want to have a wedding day you will actually enjoy instead of stress over.

We hired Laura and Co. for our wedding, and we’d do it all over again. We chose a package for photo, video, and day of coordination. Our photos? Framed and displayed all over the house within hours of receiving them. The videos? Watched as often as you read your child a bedtime story. The day of? Amazing, lovely, smooth as a babies butt. We had bumps throughout planning and they were quickly resolved, we had bumps the day of, and we were able to sit back and laugh about it because we knew we were in good hands. This was the first wedding within both of our families in over ten years so we had lots of questions and i always knew i could lean on Laura and Co. to answer! As we are now almost two months after our big day we still chat and laugh about the big day. Rebecca makes miracles happen. Bustle and Bloom is a business built by strong women who will do whatever it takes to make your wedding as smooth as possible. Rebecca and her team went above and beyond expectations with both florals and coordination. I initially reached out to Bustle and Bloom for floral services a year out from our wedding and quickly realized that having Rebeccas as a coordinator was extremely necessary. Little did I know that she would play a much bigger role than I ever could have imagined. With eight months to go, our wedding venue was hit by two hurricanes and was forced to close. Phone call after phone call, the venue ensured us that they would reopen months before our date. With every passing day, our concerns continued to grow until we finally decided that it was best to move on. Rebecca was a phone call away while we emailed, called and toured venue after venue to get quotes a month before our date. She advised us where possible, but most of all maintained a sense of calm that made us feel confident in any choice that we would make. It gave us so much comfort to know that Rebecca has helped other couples who, unfortunately, have gone through similar situations. It became clear that Rebecca was meant to be part of our wedding, which made working with her that much more special. Unexpectedly, we found that there were so many people and vendors that were acquaintances of Rebecca’s who were willing to help make our day everything we dreamed it to be.
